Air conditioning was not working in the building. our room was 79 degrees. the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. we were charged $150 more than we were quoted because there was a pet fee that we were hit with. no warning. just charged my card.

I loved the pool. There is a heat wave in this area. picture our disappointment when pool was shut down Sunday morning. They said it was closed until checkout but then reopened at 10:30. Disappointment turned to relief.

Nothing except maintenance decision

The room was spacious

Couldn't use anything in lobby due to a huge party when we checked in as well as no parking. Cars were parked in fire lanes and behind each other. No parking when we checked in. No ice working in my room and when I asked lobby they said their ice was used due to the party. Could I come back in an hour. Really poor attitude as well as if we didn't pay 370 dollars to stay there for 18 hours.
