Ripped screen in window. Dirty washcloth hanging in Dirty shower had to clean before I used. Hole in curtains.

clerk was super nice, room was clean, bed and pillows were great.

Shower enclosure was in poor repair, caulking was moldy and poor craftsmanship.

The first room we were assigned hadn't yet been cleaned. We were quickly switched to a different room, however, that was just as close to our second room. The staff was very accommodating.

Seems newer. Clean. Very nice. Comfy beds. really soft sheets. Friendly staff. Outside pool. Close to restaurants. We went about a half mile down the road to Marcus theater.

Not a thing...terrible experience!!

Went to room & entire room smelled of ditch weed. Not sure how room could have been cleaned & this was missed. It was overwhelming as soon asyou opened the door. Went to desk, reported smell & asked for new room. We were given a double queen versus king room & it smelled of cigarette smoke. We stayed in this room because it was late & we needed to be on the road early. Staff told us the night before there would be adjustment on bill, but the next morning the same person that checked us in acted like he didnt remember us...REALLY??? Took our email & we have not heard anything from them!! Room we were placed in was not clean at all. Very disappointed!!
