The bed was a little firm for my liking but the niceness of the staff outweighs the hard bed

Amenities in room, spacious, super clean, cozy, right near my venue (less than 2 blocks)

Being sent to hear my neighbors TV etc so easily through my wall, other than that this was one of the best places I've stayed in awhile

A couple of blocks from the ocean and The Rock...close to restaurants and shops...great shower and beds...awesome heater...big spacious rooms...across the street from Hungery Fisherman

No guide for the tv...some buttons on remote didn't work...frustrating to find chanals

The building looks nice and new from the outside

you can hear everything from the other rooms surrounding yours the bed squeaks and the mattress is uncomfortable

I wasn't impressed that it was underconstruction, and we were not infiorm We really needed down stairs rooms, but they weren't available, we were the only ones at that motel other than management's family. I doubt that we will ever stay there again.

The front desk person, Liz was super helpful and informative. She went above and beyond to answer questions we had, offered suggestions about the surrounding events and activities, and was professional. The room was very spacious, clean, and adequate for what we needed. We loved the location, walking distance (across the street) to a great place for dine in/take out. There are nice bars/pubs about a block down. The water temperature and pressure was excellent. We would definitely stay again when in the area.

In-room iron and ironing board would have been nice but they do have an iron available at the front desk.

The bed was old and wore out

location was perfect. everything just about walking distance with the beach just down the street. the view was perfect from the street.

only air flow to your room is if you open windows and doors. the room can get stuffy with no fan or ac to run. the bed was uncomfortable and we felt like we were getting bit all night. Truly believe our bed had bed bugs and I woke up with bite swells on my body. we had to seal our clothes in plastic bags and showered right away in the morning. the shower doesn’t have a consistent water temperature. the temperature will go real cold to extremely hot without you even turning the knobs during your shower. no one was manning the front office until 3 for check in. their check in policy is strict with no staffing and no phones in the rooms to even call the front desk

The matress was hard, blankets too thin, restroom ceiling peeling, cheap shampoo and too expensive

It is so close to the beach and the customer service was absolutely incredible... the rooms dont have AC units, BUT being so close to the beach you honestly dont need it. The rooms get cool enough at night and u can even crack a window open. Probably THE BEST hotel ive stayed at. Also they provide make up remover wipes, being a woman who puts make up on a daily basis, i appreciated this soooo much, and the shampoo made my hair puffy but it felt AMAZING and looked so healthy.

the room was gross, poop on wall by toilet, door was all stained with god knows what, carpet by the bed had crumbs on the ground like they don’t vacuum there and the beds were rock hard

It was close to main streets while we were staying for the car show, convenient location to walk.
