the room the hallway it looks like a cheap motel

Didn't get offered breakfast. We came to this location because it was not too far from where we're going to be for the weekend. This whole experience at this hotel was horrible. I'm a disabled person and shouldn't have to go through those things I went through with this hotel

The rooms could have been cleaned properly the manager on duty could have been professional. I had a disabled room or handicap room and inside the shower the shower chair that was there had mold on it sorry I didn't get to take a picture of that because I was trying to get out of there the bed had black stuff on it yellow spots on it also there is nowhere you can charge your phone or even your computer because the TV is plugged up the microwave is plugged up the clock is plugged up so that leaves no room for you to charge anything because they have no outlets so sad I don't stay at hotels that much but I was going to a concert over the weekend and I needed some place to crash after the concert so this is the place that came up that was not that far from the venue and because I wasn't going to be there in time to get the key to the room I came and I checked in paid for the room they didn't give me the key because they said that check in time wasn't until 3:00 and the concert that I was going to start it at 1:00 and then end until 11:00 so therefore I checked in around noon but again they told me that they couldn't give me the key until I returned from the concert. I didn't get back to the hotel to almost midnight had a hard time getting in with the key. The room didn't smell that good very stale and Smokey then into settling in we noticed the bed which I have a picture of had spots on it try to find a place to charge my electronics and they didn't have outlets the outlets were all taken up by the microwave the television the clock which only left one part that you can plug something in. There was no more outlets available just one in the bathroom but who wants to plug their computer and phone into the bathroom. Then there were roaches.

Nothing. It was awful.

Everything. It's old, smoke smell everywhere and the staff was not helpful.

I like the price the the cleanliness and appearance of my room and balcony.

The outside of the building and the area it’s in looks a little sketchy from the outside but the rooms were very nice.

I loved the outside patio and the hotel was 5 minutes away from the Orlando Amphitheater. The mirror in the bathroom was really awesome as well.

Floors were so dirty. My socks and my feet were black on the bottom. The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever laid on. I needed to buy melatonin to be able to sleep.

It was dirty. Very disappointed. The curtains were dirty, stained & had a cigarette burn hole. The slider door was very difficult to open & close. The hair dryer was dirty on the outside & it appeared it had not been cleaned. No room service during our 3 days. Disgusting! The bed was comfortable but sheets & blanket had stains on it.

The room was surprisingly spacious and the location—walking distance to the stadium—couldn’t be beat, especially for the affordability.

The air conditioning unit screeched and banged, making a restful sleep, even with white noise and ear plugs, difficult. We alerted management about this fix-able matter.

It had a bed.

You advertise smoking rooms but then your told to smoke on balcony. Sliding glass doors fall out of the rails, leaks in bathroom. Shower head is not angled properly.

Bed was way too hard. Dog barking in hallway , owner of dog talking too loudly so everyone could hear

Good location. The breakfast is outsourced by neighborhood Chinese restaurant.
