Instalações nova e bem conservadas
Não me entendi muito bem com a máquina de panquecas do café da manhã e estraguei umas 3 panquecas e desisiti.

The Pantai Inn is perhaps the most wonderful hotel I have ever stayed at. From the caring staff to the beautiful, homey hotel rooms, I felt like I was in a tranquil paradise. The Indonesian decor and furniture made me feel right at home, as my family has roots in Indonesian heritage. I will be coming back very soon!!
The only negative thing was the Keurig in the room didn’t work — thankfully, the lobby has coffee!

Spacious room. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazing location, a couple of steps away from the beach.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I do have high expectations since I own a tempurpedic at home.

The location was about a block from the ocean walk. At breakfast we had a great view of the ocean.
We tend to be late risers and wished that they had kept the breakfast adequately supplied until the end of their breakfast service time.

The booking itself was great. The facilities were nice, also includes breakfast.
General manager was dissatisfied to discover we got a savings on the room. That was unpleasant as its the hotel's special. Who cares if I got the sales price? Otherwise I wouldn't have gone. Some unpleasant employees that need to learn positive attitudes, it's our vacation. Probably won't be returning. Guy at check in was super nice. Night shift guy.

Location is literally across the street from the ocean. Views are beyond outstanding. Breakfast was plentiful and somewhat varied. Having a full kitchen was awesome as was the slave of a small apartment rather than simply a hotel room. Would surely return.
The super yummy cookies in the office were not available any of the days beyond our arrival day.

Third floor corner balcony with kitchenette was top notch. I felt so pampered.

What didn't I like this place is amazing the staff is great the breakfast is amazing free sodas and Waters at the front desk the rooms are amazing everything you need for a family vacation and don't let me stop here don't forget the view it's just amazing the beach is across the street. Right around the corner is shops grocery store a few bars this place is very complete and I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone this is one of the best trips we took in years.
The only complaint I have is that I didn't find this place sooner but seriously some of the facility needs a little maintenance but not much. Because this is a great place along the beach you do see quite a few tourists walking in front of your hotel.

Good location
The fire alarm kept on beeping all night. The staff did not fix it, we could not sleep. Complained to front desk. They promised the manager would get back to us. No one ever called. Left a message and was ignored.

The receptionist did not mention if our room has view or not when we checked it. The room we had did not have view. I was not even provided the option to upgrade which I would definitely pay for the additional charge/

location close to sea and La Jolla Village
We had booked a Superior Studio based on description and photos on your website.
The room had no closet to hang cloths and bathroom was tiny, plus furniture was old, made of plastic, and faucets were caked in lime.
To make our stay more pleasant we felt obliged to upgrade for an extra $180 per night. At an inclusive cost of $500 per night we think this hotel is a ripoff and your description is a misrepresentation which makes Bookings.com a less than credible reputation.
Our friends from London, Tom and Viv Peyton, who also stayed at Pantai Inn, felt the same way.
I will not believe your descriptions in future and we are sorely disappointed.

the location is excellent with the La Jolla Cove park just across the street. we were in the building across the side road from the Lobby. not much of a view, but we had a living room and a separate bedroom.

Pros: the property's proximity to the beach is its main selling point. They also have a nice outdoor seating area to watch the sun set. And, aside from feeling like second-class citizens because we booked through a third-party site (something the front desk staff mentioned at least 3-4 times), the staff was generally friendly.
Cons: Though the website shows beautiful ocean views and cute rooms - and though all of the rooms on Pantai Inn's site mention some sort of ocean view - when we were shown to our room, our hearts sank. For some reason, we were put in the worst room on the property: small, with bunker-style windows, and a view only of the concrete base of the high-rise next door. It felt like we were in a basement. Though the property claimed to be very busy, we checked and there were numerous (at least 7) other rooms available, including rooms with better views and for less than we paid. The room smelled like the Holiday Inns of my youth, so we had to open the windows to air out the smell. Our room was at the bottom of the stairs leading to the second floor, so we got to hear people and their luggage clunking up and down the stairs. To make matters worse, the property was having the room directly above ours painted, and we were the benefactors of construction noise. Why did the property put us in this room? The room, itself, was very small, though the TVs were huge. The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom had been re-done, but was small. The sink was tiny and right up against the wall, such that anyone with shoulders could not center themselves over it, with a faucet so long that you could not wash your face without getting water everywhere. And the carpets were DISGUSTING! My feet kept turning black with dirt from walking on the carpets - I must have washed my feet a dozen times in 2 days. CLEAN OR REPLACE YOUR CARPETS! Breakfast, rated by some as excellent, is standard chain hotel fare: powdered eggs, prepackaged muffins, Yoplait, boxed cereal, and make-your-own waffles. Nothing special. And, by the way, they don't serve breakfast on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. They have their own parking lot, but charge you $25/day to park. This in addition to the $25/day resort fee we paid to Booking.
