员工很nice, 英文不好沟通有障碍的时候积极找了翻译软件！帮我们推行李，进电梯了，很有距离感得让我们先上去，他快速爬楼梯到三楼电梯口又帮我们把行李推进房间！ 这一点细节简直满分了！

客房整洁度和酒店服务上来说已经很完美了！ 如果有免费早餐和免费停车，性价比就更高了！

No pool

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Strand. Hot Tube auf dem Balkon war sehr angenehm- warmes Bad unterm Sternenhimmel! Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und schön eingerichtet, der Gaskamin sorgt für Wärme und Atmosphäre, das Bad ist geräumig, sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Frühstücksservice ist prima.

Es gibt nichts zu kritisieren!

Bed not comfortable at all it not stable it feels like old fashioned bed and hot tub was wasting too small for adult

Beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, right on Pismo Beach. We booked a room with a hot tub and partial sea view. The room was a good size, beautifully presented and had a cosy fire. We ate at the restaurant which was excellent. The hotel doesn’t do breakfast in the restaurant as such, but you can order it via room service. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
