Police banging on door down hall. Scary place and very bad part of town. We left shortly after checking in and seeing police.

Nothing.

The whole place was dirty, gross, and covered in black mold. The room smelled, the carpets and bed felt damp. The bathroom door was busted. The lamps were both beat up. We didn't even stay both nights. Checked out after the first night and found a different hotel. Still trying to get our money back for the 2nd night that we didn't stay.

Location was close to people we were visiting

Not enough food for the number of guests at the hotel. People did not check the food situation.

The staff was especially friendly, accommodating and kind Ease of check in and. Check out. $50 cash deposit if you don't have a CD credit card.

no entry other than main..no hot water..tub didn’t drain..halls were stinky…tiles on bathroom floor were loose..usb ports did not work..alarm clock did not work

Breakfast not cooked on time; had to pay upfront for all rooms not pay at checkout; beds were hard; shower rod was falling off wall; tub for bath didn't have a stopper so they gave me a plastic toilet stopper;they charged 30.00 extra to card for 3 wash clothes and a hand towel cause I cleaned up a pop spill and if they would have put them in bleach over night they would have come clean but none of the whites smelled like bleach and enhance lots of towels were stained;also they sold liters of pop for 3.00 but charged my son 4.00 and charged it to his dad's card didn't bother with the cash he had; hot tub was hot but didn't work looked like the manager added SHOCK treatment nightly;plus you had to almost beg to get towels for the pool area; they charged my other son 50.00 extra for deposit even though it was already paid: the water pipes broke in lobby it was coming out of light fixture and they left the light fixture on; plus if the cops ever needed to do a raid this would be the place the lobby and halls recked of weed nightly. Personally I really don't think it lives up to a Wyndham brand standards, more of a low level mom and pop establishment that needs major upgrades in every way. I would rather sleep in my car than stay there again.
