Location was great. Adequate parking.

The room had not been vacuumed. There were not amenities (soap) for two. Breakfast was inadequate - things ran out gif long periods of time, especially coffee, but also food. The bathroom shower was gross.

I was given the wrong room. It could not be changed because the hotel was full. TV did not work. Pull out bed was horrible and uncomfortable. Couch was dirty. No breakfast either day. All food gone by 8:00. Moved to a different batter but bathroom walls need paint and shower curtain rod rusted.

We found that the hotel was clean and close to everything we needed. It’s near many restaurants and down the road from Nelis Dutch Village. The room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly.

It didn’t seem the bathroom had a fan, which would have been nice when showering to get out moisture in the room. Plus, we hung up our wet swimsuits in there and it needed some air flow. Breakfast was basic, which was fine, but if you are expecting more options you will be disappointed. I noted one waffle maker (a wait if crowded), bread and bagels to toast (packets of cream cheese, jam and peanut butter for spreads), eggs, potatoes, meat, two types of cereal (fruit loops and cheerios), oatmeal packets, flavored yogurt and that’s basically it. I wished there was fresh fruit like bananas and a hot pot of premade oatmeal, but no luck. They did have a fancy coffee maker.

The paint was bubbling off of the bathroom walls, our jacuzzi tub only worked the first 10 minutes of our 3 day stay and the exterior door for our room wouldn't open

The pictures displayed on website did not accurately reflect the current conditions of this facility. The lobby was dirty and dark. The carpet was dingy, with holes and visibly dirty. The room itself was not clean with visible stains on the dresser tables and the bathtub floor. I did not feel comfortable staying here with my family and remained in my room for approximately 3 minutes while I found a new hotel to stay at. My son said the place was “scary” because the halls were dark with minimal lighting.
