Nothing. The entire experience at both locations was a nightmare. Morris, IL requested lower room due to handicap. No lower room upon arrival. Toilet not working, a/c cover felt off in the middle of the night. I fell off the office chair, two guests helped me get up. I felt off the stairs due to lose handrail. Two guests helped me and I got downstairs using my butt. No one call to say there were no rooms available. Blamed Booking.com. Same exact thing at Grand Island NE. No lower rooms available upon arrival, no one called to notify me. Also blamed Booking.com. Decided to look for a better option. The front desk attendant was very sarcastic and mocking me the entire time. Very condescending.

The older lady upon arrival was extremely rude and disrespectful. I am disabled and asked for a chair. She ignored me a few times and refused the chair. A child over heard her and he brought me his little chair, but he is like 6-7 there's no way I could use his chair. Finally. A young girl brought out an office chair and I used it, but the old woman refused to take of my reservation.

The refrigerator worked great.

Curtains covered the air conditioner. Bathroom was small. Room looked dated.

Not able to get my refund. From staying just one night and spending. The next 2days with my family with them in there homes I was told I had to stay there

Blatant fire safety violations. Actually made me uncomfortable to stay there. Very disappointing breakfast options. No one around to monitor the breakfast offerings.

At 5:30 in the morning there was no breakfast no rules not bread anything the only thing they had made was coffee

The shower head sprayed water all over but where it was supposed to

Super friendly people running it and checking people in. They tried to accommodate and make things better when I told them of issues. There is a lake behind the property, but it was full of debris and construction trash was left all around the building.

No hot water to the shower. Dirty toilet when I checked in and missing peices to light fixture. The hotel has gone under a lot of renovation, so I am sure it was a "growing pains" situation. However, they need to be more thorough before opening rooms up to guests.

Check in was ok. Competent front desk clerk.

hole punched in shower wall. The shower head hung free-had to shower with hand held. Air conditioner was extremely loud. Bed was literally on the floor. light bulbs missing in lamps. The television mounting on the desk was loose-screen was at an angle had to prop it up to level it. The TV guide gave channel numbers like a cable system but the TV numbers were for over-the-air. The day clerk spoke no English.

Shower head had no way to hang it up. Only 1 pillow per person. Bed too soft.
