clean, beds were comfortable

parking was too far away; my card was charged twice for the stay and I’ve tried to call and can’t get through to anyone

I didnt like anything. The parking lot was under construction, the staff was unfriendly and rude and the manager did nothing when I asked to speak with her. I didn't get a chance to speak with her because the employee called her and told her that he "got into it with a customer" and she just let him make a decision on the matter.

Service at the front desk to someone who has booked a room. Andy decided that the elevator being clean was more important than the customer checking into a room that was paid for. I wonder what Krishna Properties thinks about that. There wont be ANY elevators to clean without guests staying at the establishment.

No one told us the hotel was under construction. Little to no parking. No handicap parking at all. The hotel was a complete mess. We did not stay there. We ended up staying at another hotel

Quiet Comfy bed

Had to take the microwave out of the cubby and sit on the desk to plug in . The bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way. Parking is limited.

Location

There was no lamp on the ceiling! The bed sheets were dirty! The bathroom was not cleaned. The window was little and there was a way to big blind thrown over.

Construction made it difficult to access the property, but it was worth finding. Friendly front desk. Very clean property. It was a basic property with nice touches in lighting. Housekeeping does an excellent job at this property. Pleasant stay.

As far as improvements, the people hanging around at the back of the property was a little disconcerting as you entered. Breakfast was a disappointment and should be advertised as a continental breakfast so people know they aren't really getting breakfast. 😊 I could hear people talking in other rooms so people with sleep issues should keep that in mind.

Took 5 tries to find a clean room with working A/C. The parking lot looked like a war zone, and the rooms had an unclean musty oder. Very unhappy with conditions for my 100+ room fee. Will not EVER be staying there again or reccomendingw

This hotel is in the middle of a construction zone. There is close to no parking currently. I was given a room key to a room that was occupied. I walked in on someone who was smoking in a non smoking room. When I spoke to the front desk she said that it says the room is empty and clean. For some reason I stayed and asked for another room. The bedding was ok but the rest of the room and hotel was filthy and i refused to take the elevator again after the first ride because it felt unsafe. When I returned at night I had to park far away and walk through an area that felt pretty unsafe because of the lack of parking. I was awoken by a phone call on the room phone at 11:30 pm but no one was there. At 5:30 am a truck emptying the dumpster woke me again. I got what I thought was a pretty good deal on this room, i guess you get what you pay for. I have never felt compelled to leave a bad review for anything before.
