Great bed. Great breakfast. Great shower. Good coffee in the room. I think I have written enough. This is a pushy survey that won't let you stop writing.... This is my forth time to try to close this essay.

Some places are not as lovely as the pics online. But this is a fantastic hotel for a bargain price. The coffee at breakfast was weak and not good. But I brewed good coffee in my room Can I please stop typing now? This is ridiculous. I am a professionalwriter. And I have finished. .

Young man when we checked in (03/17/23 at 4:00 p.m.) was very pleasant.

The floors in both rooms were not swept or mopped well. They were dirty. Carpet in stairway was dirty. The blow dryer didn't work in both rooms. Picked up the cushion from the sofa and it was really dirty.

The clerk that checked me out at the end if my trip was not very professional. She had an attitude and looked like she was there for a paycheck and didn't care about the guest staying there.

it was not clean. the floor in our room had not been swept and it was very obvious. This was all over, tons of dust under the pull out couch so we didn’t use it, random crumbs of stuff all over bathroom and sleeping area. There was hair on the bed and the bedding was stained.

The room was great, parking was nice, it was a super nice that they had already prepared for the winter weather that happened. Staff was super friendly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot and a typical hotel spread. It was good. The hotel bed was the best part of the room. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was soft. The lobby had been updated and was nice. The hotel did honor our request for a room on a low floor. It was quiet and close to lobby.

The curtains were very worn and had holes/rips in them. (Room 105) The AC unit entire front cover had come off the unit. It needed to be cleaned,too. The unit did cool the room thought. The walls showed signs of abuse and needed some minor repairs and paint. The couch was not comfortable to sit on and was very low. The bathroom toilet seat didn't have a lid. The towel rack bar was missing, but the two support pieces were attached to the wall. The extra towels were on a very dusty lower shelf. The towels appeared to be clean though. The floors and some table areas not swept or dusted. We didn't use the microwave. The fridge needs to be rebalanced & the door sticks. It did keep our beverages cold. The parking lot has only one entrance and exit....to a sometimes busy access road.
