Location was perfect right across from TTU and just what we needed for campus tour proximity. Overall, the lobby area and restaurant areas were a breath of fresh air. The restaurant @pecangrill was a huge plus.

The problem was the room itself which after a long drive and campus tour did not really meet requirements. We expected the room to be spotless clean. We however found food in the fridge and dust everywhere, the desk , phone literally everything. The worst part was the toilets which actually had urine color on the pedestal. Its like they dont even know the base of the toilet must be cleaned. I was too tired to start talking about a refund or change of rooms.

Location is great. Beds are comfortable. We have stayed on the upper floors prior and this room seems quite small.

We chose the property because it is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff and they have room service! My husband and I are retired and raising our grandchildren so we needed away! We needed to not cook so we thought room service was the way to go. We immediately ordered from room service, a charcuterie board and two martinis. The grilled bread had an unusual taste. We ordered grilled cheese panini and bacon sandwich later, it tasted exactly the same. We had breakfast downstairs and the toast and hash browns tasted the same! Yuck! What on earth are they using? We spent a lot of money on food and didn’t even eat much of it. VERY odd!

cleaning service was supposed to be daily, but they came in and took dirty towels and never replaced them. Didn’t make the bed or take the trash - just kept depleting our linens. The situation didn’t improve when I asked. so strange.

Room was on a high floor as requested. Quiet and spacious. Good bar and food.

The lock on the door was not functioning properly. We just utilized the other lock on top. Also the wait staff at breakfast was not good, they did not regularly check on us. They seemed to disappear and not check back with us.

I didn't think the food (room service) and eating in the bar/lounge area was NOT good at all. The chicken and rice soup tasted terrible, the BBQ chicken flatbread was saturated with sauce, the brushetta was terrible. I didn't like one meal I ate there for the 48 hours I was there.

The front desk staff and the staff in the bar and restaurant were very friendly and easy to visit with about all our needs. The restaurant had the best steak, buffalo that we have ever eaten!

Our tub was the only thing that didn't fit with the vibe. It seemed old and rusted.

The hotel is very nice!!
