The staff/ front desk are alright. Seemed ok and was nice but unfortunately seemed like there wasn't enough to help keep going for a better rate.

I didn't like that when I checked into the room, it seemed dirty. And when I got a good look at the bathroom, it was dirty. The bathtub was dirty from the last guest. Three used soap bars were in there which caught my attention. And when I took a closer look I saw that the bathtub was completely untouched by the cleaner of the room.

They had rooms available. We were trying to stay in Minot but everything seemed to be sold out.

Maintenance had not been kept up very well. Bathtub spigot was crooked (but worked). Stop for the door had been smashed through the wall. Television source could not be selected (I like to use the TV as an extended monitor for my laptop. Most of the problems were caused by abusive guests but the management needs to keep up with repairs.

No signage by hotel lit at night

Clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, cold AC. Scrambled eggs & bacon for breakfast. Washing machines & dryers worked to do laundry.

Breakfast was good.

The evening front desk could have been more knowledgeable about state rates as I was on business and I work for the state

The maid was very nice. She's the one that told me hot water had been fixed.

Checked in at 2pm, got settled in my room to discover there was no hot water. The issue wasn't fixed until 10 am the next day at which time I was already ready to see clients. When I went to front desk to discuss issues, I had to tell staff to come to the counter to talk to me. He was very unprofessional. General manager told him she would contact me and credit me $20 for no hot water. It's now been 3 days and nothing!! Not impressed at all. Just realized there was free Wi-Fi, in I was not given the password.

I didn't eat breakfast but it was available. Selection is more limited due to the COVID-19 virus.

I didn't experience anything I didn't care for.
