Room had a musty oder, Staff was not helpful. The furniture needed to be replaced. People running in the hall.

1. The reception area is very dirty. The coffee and little snack was horrible. The hallway leading to elevator was dirty and smelled horrible. Walking down on the second floor the hallway was dirty. When opening the room it smelled like urine. The sofa is all cracked up need to be thrown away. The bathroom smelled like urine. The kitchenette is very old need to be thrown away. Overall bad place to stay!

i reserved a double room because we were traveling with 5. when i got there to check in i was informed they had no more double rooms. i told him i had a reservation and that should hold the room. apparently not. so my youngest slept on the cushions from the couch on the floor. the place was disgusting, no clean linens, towels, etc. no linens for the pull out sofa bed. when we asked for them he said it would take a 1/2 hour to gather everything up. in the mean time there was a guy walking around the hallway trying to get into rooms, it looked like housing for the homeless, not a hotel as it was advertised on this website. only reason we didn’t leave is because we had already driven 1100 miles and had been on the road for 18 hours and just wanted to go to sleep. we didn’t shower, in the morning, just grabbed some coffee…the only part of breakfast they had available and left. the general area was nice, i know the area and thought a hotel there would be nice…guess i was wrong!!

The staff was very nice and understanding

The water was hot, and the bed was comfortable.

The Priceline helpline suggested this place after a mix-up with our registration at a nice hotel, saying that it was comparable. It was a serious downgrade. The parking lot was dark. The halls were poorly lit. We found dry cat food on the obviously dirty carpet. The breakfast was packaged food on a small desk.

The toilet was not flushing well. I was also double charged.

I think it may have Bedbugs I woke up with two bites on my face, kinda itchy ,and wasn't any blankets available for the let out couch it was just a bare mattress

RECEPTION DESK WAS UP TO THE JOB. AVAILABLE & VERY HELPFUL TO GUIDE US TO PERIMETER CENTER SHOPS. MR. JABARI WAS VERY HELPFUL. SECURITY AND LOCATION GOOD VERY FOR A BUSINESS TRAVELER. ROOM SET UP WITH ALL NEEDED AMENITIES WAS AN EXCEPTION. IT IS A VERY GOOD AND COVENIENT PLACE TO WORK AND LIVE PERIOD.

FREQUENCY OF ROOM CLEANING TO BE OF CONSIDERATION FOR GUESTS - BUSINESS TRAVELERS ASKING FOR EXTENDED STAYS DEPENDING ON BUSINESS ASSIGNMENT. THIS MUST BE CONSIDERED TO "CALCULATE" DAYS OF STAYS- NOT THE SET SEVEN DAYS FOR CLEANING THE ROOM. THANK YOU FOR YOUR GOOD SERVICES. EXTENDED STAY MODEL IS VERY ON TIME FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS

Decent accommodations Staff was exceptional.

Dogs barking. Guests with animals should be able to control them and train them accordingly.
