Minor detail: should be a trash can in each room. Yellow jackets made it impossible to have breakfast outside.

The breakfast was great, came on time, temperature was great. The staff was excellent. Overall, we are coming back next year.

only drawback was the view from my room, did not have a view from Room #3, had to bring my chair closer to the back.

The property exceeded our expectations!!! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was incredibly pleasant. my favorite part was having breakfast served to us on the porch right outside our room. We will definitely be coming back!!

The breakfasts were awesome

It would have been nice if there was a dining area to eat breakfast. I know Covid and using all the space available for guest rooms makes this tough. Also, although the room was very clean, we did find that the "standard" size room had very small bathrooms. Again, I know this is not something that can be easily addressed in the short term, just things to think about for long term improvements.

The view from our top floor room was incredible. The harbor is so quaint and beautiful with the Fall color. The breakfast and coffee brought to our room was top notch.

Advertised water view which was a joke. Only about 18 inches of the entry door had a view and that had to be covered by a shade most of the time because other guests/staff walking by could look into the room unobstructed. Also the bathroom was incredibly small and badly dated (makeshift at best). Bottom line, way over priced for the nature of the property.

Location, staff, room and breakfast were excellent!

Harborage Inn does not really have a designated smoke area as advertised. They say they have a designated smokers area, but smokers beware they do not truly. Most smokers are not proud to smoke, so they understand the importance of having smoking rules and designated areas to do so. I fully appreciated the so-called designated smoking area being in a far away location, as to not disturb other guests. However Harborage Inn took it too far, making it dangerous (no light) and difficult to be a responsible smoker (no safe location to put out butts) Would not stay here again for only that reason.

Great location by town and water

The staff was exceptional. They did everything they could to try to upgrade me to a larger room however they were completely booked. As a concession they brought up wine and cheese. They were extremely attentive to any and every need that we had.

What I learned was that booking.com choose is the least expensive room. Our room was very small. The bath and shower area were extremely small.
