the property t.v did not work on my stay I called the front desk and it still was not resolved, and it was bugs in the hotel roaches.

the room was very dirty, kitchen stove was nasty, bathroom tub and toilet was nasty and there was no breakfast, bed was comfortable. when you walk around in the living room and kitchen are the floor was very sticky.

P didn't like it when we drove onto the parking lot, first of all it was not Hawthorne Suites, the name has been changed to Premier Suites, later to find out at check-in the property had been sold about a month ago. they also stated that Booking should have informed us of that. The landscaping was horrible. it looked like a haunted mansion when we drove in. the bushes were almost as tall as the hotel. it looked very deserted. we were give a room on the back and we were the only guests in that section. the bushes were so tall I was afraid to stay out too late.

Filthy, this was the worst suite I have EVER booked. My family wanted to sleep in the car rather than to sleep in the beds even after an eight hour drive from Florida. BED BUGS! The kids were looking forward to swimming and the pool was closed. It apparently changed owners in since we booked and we were not informed.

Didn't feel like going thru the hassle so we did not stay. I suppose you want good reviews, but sometimes you need to face reality. This was not a good stay, in fact, it wasn't a 'stay' at all.

The toilet backed up and I tried to reach the front desk and was not told when I checked in that the front desk closed at a certain time so I’m trying to call with no answer and had to get up and go to the office around 4:30 5 o’clock in the morning because the toilet overflowed and I was told it was nothing they could do until 7 AM I asked the question so you expect me to stay in this room with no way to use a restroom or nowhere to go to use the restroom until 7 o’clock in the morning. They need to set up better standards or regulations for emergencies as such and after I stated that then I was called back to say they checked and yes I had to wait for maintenance to come at 7 AM or they can bring me a plunger and more towels. I asked for a plunger in the beginning and I was surprised that the Desk was closed and no one available. Thankful a plunger was brought to my room and more towels I did not use any of their towels the because they were not clean. I was very surprised

the front desk guy that comes in at 3 pm is awesome very friendly and nice. location was alright.

nothing in the room no dishes or pots and the room had refrigerator that sounded like a Mack truck running very loud and there was nothing in the bathroom not hair dryer the coffee pot was broken and only had knives no forks or spoons and two plates

Staff attitude, property wasn't cleaned to the standards of brand,smell of mildew,dirty sheets,towels,dusty and the lobby didn't smell fresh or clean. Staff overbooked and tried to charge me early without permission. They was not friendly at all. Staff was not dress and look professional. Property needs a deep cleaning and makeover. To be in a nice area. It was like staying in a 1 or 2. Not pleased at all

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures and the room wasn't clean the refrigerator was not in working condition and the bed sheets was dirty. Housekeeper entered the room before check out

I didn’t like the bathrooms at all like it was not updated the tub was something I really didn’t wanna shower in it was hair just already in there when I went in. It was just a lil nasty
