Great location right in heart of Culpeper. Amtrak train station is 100 yards away if you’re arriving by train. There’s also plenty of public parking nearby if driving. We stayed for a wedding venue at the Refinery which is just a short walk. The Aqua suite was quite nicely furnished and comfortable. Can’t say enough about how much we liked it. 249 should be your first choice if staying in downtown Culpeper.

The location at the end of the street felt a bit deserted when we arrived, and we were approached by a homeless person at the front door. Not having a staff check-in felt a little insecure given all that.

Beautiful room, amazing bathroom! Very clean, spacious! Very close to shopping, pubs, attractions.

The location, the decor, the quietness. Overall just a great place to stay. A little on the pricy side but we'll worth the cost. Directly in the heart of downtown Culpeper, walking distance to everything happening in Davis Street, but also provides all the privacy you could want.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like, if we had to come up with something, maybe that there is no live person, or concierge or even anyone to contact if you need more towels.

The Location was great many resturaunts and shops close by. Shopped and ate local For all of our meals. Was able to have drinks and not worry about having to get in car at all. The room we stayed in was super nice. But the bathroom was way over the top. Loved it ! all kinds of choices in the downtown area. With Major stores minutes away. Farmers Market in area and wineries all around.

Noise Level 1 Night, caused by a car parked at train station for Hours 12-2 in the morning with blairing Music this was not a Hotel problem.

Clean, comfortable, spacious, close to restaurants, quiet. The steam shower with body jets was a great bonus. While all communication was digital and no person was staffing the building, everything worked great. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and thoroughly cleaned our room.

Parking was on us. Fortunately, we didn't pay, but the risk of getting a ticket was there--on-street parking was limited to 2 hours between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. There are lots nearby. Also, the town is a little sleepy on tuesdays and Wednesdays. Some of the local wineries were not open. We didn't realize that when we booked. They cater more to the weekend crowd.
