I was put in a first-floor room in the back by myself—felt very unsafe. The door only had one lock (the chain lock was gone) and the bathroom window didn’t lock. I had to shove a chair under the door handle. The shower was broken—the water was HOT but the cold faucet was completely broken. There was hair in the bathtub and the water didn’t drain at all. Check in and out was at the convenience store around the corner. You had to back out of a narrow parking lot if you were in the back. The WORST hotel experience I have ever had—out of hundreds of hotel stays.

Friendly staff, clean and very well cared for.

No water pressure in the sink and the heat had not been turned on prior to my arrival time so the room was freezing and took quite awhile to warm up.

The location was good. Close to where we had to be, restaurants and grocery stores. Convenience store on back of property was a nice "feature." Nice hot shower, but at least one bath towel (mine) not clean! Microwave and fridge, also nice features.

Sink, faucet, counter all dirty; counter wet with puddles of water on our arrival. Two queen beds, which was OK, but one of four pillows had blood on pillow case and pillow! No blankets, just a sheet and bed spread. We removed sheet from one bed so we would have two sheets to cover us. Fortunately, it was not a cold night. Cigarette burns on mattress and mattress pad on one bed in "non-smoking" room! Middle of three drawers in night stand full of mice/mouse droppings, bottom drawer not clean, just not as bad! Drapes not tight; did not close out light. Needed to devise a fastener. Remote did not work on TV. Staff brought a replacement. When we alerted him to the conditions we found, he said "sorry; I apologize." I expected him to offer us a replacement room but found out later facility may have been full. Found small, flea/gnat-like bugs in the morning on the bed we didn't use. Facility had an outdoor pool, and while it was late in the season, some outdoor pools in the city were open, but this one was not useable, maybe even not used in the last year! Dark, muddy-looking water filled about a third of the pool and fencing had been broken down. Motel had a small office, but it was not open when we arrived (9:15 pm) or when we checked out (10:15 am). Manager (owner?) was working from a small convenience store located on the back side of the motel and a sign in the motel office door window directed patrons there. Pictures with motel's online advertising apparently outdated and misleading.

It was comfortable and if you get the rooms away from street seemed safe. They had updated some things. You do check in at a convenient store but they were nice. Pretty quiet.

Could have been a bit cleaner. Needed filters for coffee we had to use napkin. If you cannot walk up stairs you need to let them know.

Omg.. the place is flithy..rundown. and just gross. I did not stay there.. walked in room and walk right back out.. they were nice enough to refund my money.. but he did what do you expect for 50 a night

Pool was disintegrating with gross algae and an old location was sketchy…. no grass or trees only asphalt. P tarp. location was sketchy. No grass only asphalt No coffee in the room. Broken shower.

There is NO clerk at the desk. When I desperately needed to check in, I was told I could not! Guests must go to the grocery story next door to speak with someone who m-i-g-h-t check you in.

Cleanliness was not as usually expected, pool was not available (mech problems) site was distractive (dumpster overflow) Ice machine not working... however staff was helpful and friendly. I will not return unless conditions have been resolved

it was clean but they didn’t have any blankets!! it was supper cold! the guy at the front counter said they didn’t service the rooms past 10pm so there was nobody we could call for one, aside from that it was a good stay for the price.

Location was easy to find.

Seems to have a lot of tweekers living there. Wifi did not have a strong enough signal to use laptop. People coming to door knocking all hours. Pool is unusable has plastic liner filled with brackish water. Smashed bugs on walls. No housekeeping x5 days. Sheets too small for the bed kept coming off. Coffee maker but no coffee in room. Door lock jammed x2.

The price

No shower head on the shower. No curtains for the bathroom window. Anyone could have walked by and seen me doing my business. I informed a staff member and has handed an apron.

This place could be a nice place to stay if they cleaned better. Really poor work on the cleaning. Also, they never answered the phone and there was never anyone at the front desk so you couldn't get anything needed.
