The location is convenient for passing through. Includes breakfast. The bed was fairly comfortable once we selected the cleanest sheets. It was quiet, especially considering the location next to the freeway.

It was filthy. Not sure where to start...was it someone else's toenails behind the bathroom door? Or the pile of dirt & gunk behind the toilet? Or the pile of dirt behind the door into the room? (It is an inside door.) Or the stained sheets? We hope they were changed and just stains, but the gum wrapper that fell out when we moved the cover makes it seem doubtful. ( No evidence of bedbugs, though.) The used q-tip on the atrium floor? Smears on the the walls & headboard? A torn sign on the checkin counter said that they don't supply microwave and fridge. We booked a king bed and commented that we needed a working microwave and fridge, but didn't care about the TV. We received a prompt email confirmation from the hotel saying that would be no problem. On arrival, we were told that no king beds were available. We got a room with 2 queen beds. We had to insist that we wanted to use the microwave that night. (Not in the kitchen in the morning as clerk suggested.) This was once a grand place that is now where old hotel furnishings and linens go to die.

Property smelled like marijuana! Homeless everywhere. Most importantly staff were rude.

The Room was nice. The location was near the highway we were on. The breakfast was "OK". The air was good (air conditioning and heating). There were no stairs directly to the top, out-facing area and you had to go inside the building to then go upstairs and out again to the balcony: Good for safety.

We were told we had to be in a room that faced the outside parking lot because the motel was full and that's all they had left. However, we saw very few people and very few cars in the parking area throughout the night. Also, the door handle to the outside door looked like it had been broken and, though it was able to be locked once you went into the building it would not latch when you walked out, leaving the building un-secured.

The breakfast was pretty good. It was quiet and we got the rest we needed.

The room smells like cigarettes, microwave was broken, and it could have been cleaned better.

I did not like anything about this booking. The room description was not as advertised.

Room assigned was dirty and smelly. The security on the door was not safe.

The rooms weren’t very clean at all. The sheets and bedding were stained. The towels were stained also. There wasn’t a do not disturb sign for the room. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the room. They were also doing construction on the pool and it started at 6 am and ended late in the day of just constant loud machinery.
