离剑桥市中心不远不近，走路15分钟-20分钟。厨房和餐厅很大，设施也齐全。总的来说很满意，性价比高。

虽然有地址，但订单页面没有具体门牌号，导致第一晚到来时找了很久哪个是我预定的房子？最小的房间的灯坏了。预定后需要拍照护照上传验证，这个环节有点麻烦

The house is just lovely, its so homely and warm. The decor is done very elegantly, very clean and sophisticated. The house alone I would definitely like to stay in again, and the location is fantastic, just a short walk from town, the University and the hospital.

I have never stayed anywhere that has the process this company do. I booked it last minute as my son was called in for surgery. We get to the accommodation at 1730 only to find that in order to get in I have to answer a whole list of questions, but they won't do it over the phone, instead I have to email them. So a disabled, vulnerable child with learning disabilities in the back, a crying baby on my lap I'm trying to sort this out. I finally get it done to try phone them again, but the phone lines are consistently jammed and it hangs up on me repeatedly. I then need to take a photo of ID and myself with the ID and again email them. An hour and a half later this all goes through, and I get hit with a £250 deposit before I can get the code to get in. I was completely appalled by their complete lack of empathy and support. I understand they want to protect their accommodation but I explained over and over its the middle of winter, I'm stuck outside with two very vulnerable children, at least help me out, but they were less then helpful. All this means I will never choose to rent through this company again.

Location and ease of obtaining checkin details altho initial process was long and tiresome. Maybe you could shorten the initial part. Very supportive staff. Location was good as it was relatively near (about 20 mins stroll) to the city centre and older colleges.

Only one bathroom - can be a challenge for groups. And the location of then bathroom - it required stairs and also a step down which can be tricky for older people like my mum. Just to note on that one if you have elders in the group.

Toilet broken. Toilet door did not shut Bunk beds could not be slept on as springs on both mattresses were protruding and therefor not useable People had to sleep on floor and sofa

Great location, good size and well equipped.

Garden could have been tidier and the seating wasn’t very comfortable.

Clean and spacious. Excellent location and very quiet.

The mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable as the springs were coming through. The oven kept tripping the electricity fuse each time we switched it on. The hinge on the wardrobe door was broken….just so you know. The cistern took ages to refill so flushing was an issue for 6 of us in the house! We laughed.

Plenty of room to move! Dining, 2 living rooms, big kitchen. Bonus washing machine and Netflix etc. (Chariots of Fire of course). Lovely walk into town.

Having to use Park+Ride, though sometimes it worked to use short term park (£) at end of the street. House needs a downstairs loo.
