Stayed here for last 15 years and the staff and facilities are great.

The only issue I have is since Hyatt took over the booking is a pain going through their call centre and they weren’t very knowledgeable about the property.

Everything about this place is lovely. I always come back here, and will keep coming back for as long as I can. The staff are great, the facilities are nice and the houses are lovely.

Sehr schön angelegter Ferienpark, beste Lage zum Nürburgring, sehr ruhig, schöne Häuser mit viel Platz

Ausstattung des Hauses war zwar schön, aber teilweise nicht mehr an Ort und Stelle (Küchenleiste war lose, Schranktür hat sich an Spülmaschine festgehalten, Geländer war lose). Bett war etwas hart

Schöne, geräumige Häuser. Tolle Wellness Möglichkeiten. Man konnte jeden Morgen frische Brötchen bestellen.

La ubicación buena para visitar el museo Nürburgring . Las casas son preciosas y el entorno fantástico. El poder dejar el coche en la misma casa. Tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin salir de allí.

Schöne Lage mit herrlichem Blick, sehr schöne Wanderwege, abseits von allem Geschehen Einkaufen und Restaurant wohl nur mit dem PKW erreichbar

Eigentlich war eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit für den täglichen Bedarf angekündigt und das Bistro bzw. der Italiener sollte Essen anbieten. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es aber überhaupt nichts frisches (Obst oder Salat) zu kaufen. Selbst die Salate auf der Speisekarte waren nicht lieferbar. Dies sind Punkte, die wir bei 5 Sternen einfach erwarten. Irgendwas gesundes sollte schon zu erwerben sein. Dies haben wir bei unserer Abfahrt auch angesprochen.

Excellent location, friendly staff and great value for money. If you’re a big or small group, it’s easy to make friends with fellow enthusiasts and the variety of cars is great!

As expected, the location does bring the car community together which is pleasant as long as you enjoy the odd drink inflicted rev off at 1-2AM. We also stayed opposite another group of car enthusiasts that prevented easy access to our property and weren’t too friendly when asking if they could move their car and trailer (and themselves as they had deck chairs across the road…) just to be able to park on our drive

1) Noise at night from other guests staying late. There should be some strict implementation of the noise rules. I couldn't sleep well. 2) Master bedroom's bathroom is good but the shower is useless because of the position of the shower head's location.

Whole place is lovely excellent location safe parking great size house's very well thought out, very well built lovely quite area

Breakfast is very expensive for the selection offered, Breakfast staff just 1 lady was extremely rude, we had added Breakfast to our tab for the house interrupted my conversation and Breakfast to demand I pay for my breakfast there and then, spent the entire time staring at me and my group of friends, we didn't bother going back for breakfast after this to be treated that way and also the price for what's actually available doesn't particularly weigh up,

Genuinly amazing experience - we'll definitely be doing this again instead of hotels!

The location, the accommodation and the quality of food on site. Great for petrol heads with small children. Great location to visit so many surrounding places. So accommodating with the needs of our child.
