Extremely difficult to locate property, host unhelpful at best. Took us half an hour and three interpreters to find the location, which is not numbered. Host speaks very little English.

There was a miscommunication between me and the host. He thought he had sent me a message with a pin for entry to the key box. The pin I had was not the right number to get into the key box.

Too bad for us almost everything was closed (also Bayeux and other towns) because it is winter season. but the appartement is great

Amazing location, had all the basic utilities we needed, great price and responsive host. Loved being right next to the beach and several restaurants and shops. Cider farms and all the other d'day beaches a short drive away, 20 min from the Bayeux tapestry and only 2 hours from mont st Michel and the cliffs of étretat. A wonderful, (small, simple and affordable were what we wanted) place to stay for a family vacation in Normandy.

There was a very strong odor coming up through the pipes (host let us know it was rare and due to the tides). It lingered for most of our stay. We also did hear voices in the street very clearly, especially on Saturday night

The house is simply perfect, great location, well looked after, clean and comfortable. Really couldn't fault it.

had trouble accessing properly on arrival. owner insisted I had been given the key code via a message earlier in the week, which I had not, took around 30 minutes and 5 phone calls to sort out.
