Breakfast has no change everyday. Toilets shataf are all leaking and no fix.

The location is very convenient to conference center, university, amenities, F&B. The breakfast is one of the best in KL region offering much healthy choices like fruits, salads, yogurt, sandwiches bar and good coffee.

The cleanliness of the toilet has deteriorated much since previous stays. The walls and corners are slippery with moss. The shower gel was solidified gel like and the containers had aged to be not usable. The silicon stripes around the shower door are in need for repair since water started to leak out. All in all the shower room cleanliness need to be looked into seriously by management to keep your customers - I suggest your manager to randomly stay in the rooms at least once a week to test for yourself the cleanliness and convenience of taking a comfortable shower- I was finding myself difficult to find a spot to stand without feeling disgusted by the slimy floor.

For the interior of the room, the dim light and especially the air-cond are just perfect. Love the cosy bed!

coffee hse at M3, food serve not up to the std of 4 stars hotel. Grill chicken chop is so lame with only chicken & lettuce, no fries nor potato even sauce need to ask. We did ask the chef why this hotel chicken chop so plain & simple?

air conditioning in one of the rooms didn’t work properly. one of the bedrooms was next to the main door, neighbours slammed the door really loudly late at night (many times) and woke us up. the walls are thin.
