Incredible villa and totally exceeded all our expectations. Spotlessly clean on arrival, spacious and has everything needed for everyone. We are a family of 7 including 4 kids (9-15) so things to note that impressed us: kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more for any meal; plastic crockery and cups are handy for kids (and the parents worried that kids may slip and break things); pool is massive and cleaned regularly (at least 4 times in our 2 week stay); good size towels and beach towels for everyone; outdoor furniture is lovely to relax out of the sun without needing to go inside; location is excellent - 10 mins to the supermarket and half an hour for a walk to the restaurants in the town and also for our favourite Algo Mas on Las Salinas golf course. Costs - 20 euros (with tip) from the airport in a taxi. 3-4 euros a taxi into the town. We have stayed in many villas on Las Salinas and this was the first on Campo de Golf and we were not disappointed with the decision to change. Nikki is very helpful during the booking process and Gaby was super friendly when we met her! Thank you to you both - we can’t wait to come back! :)

Beautiful, spotlessly clean Villa in a lovely, peaceful location for a relaxing holiday. The Villa was so well equipped with everything you needed. Great pool area for sunbathing, catching the sun all day but plenty of shaded areas if you required them. One of the best Villas we have stayed at and would love to return. Thanks to Nikki and Gaby for making our holiday so memorable.

Villa exceeded expectations- very clean, modern and well equipped. Pool and garden has a fabulous sunbathing area. We came to have a relaxing week in the sun and it delivered everything we hoped for! Gabby was an excellent villa manager helping us with anything needed during our stay.

The property was exactly as represented online. The facilities were excellent, the host was very approachable and the Facilities Manager was a great help. We loved the location and the relaxed vibes of being near to the town and the golf course. What was also a pleasant surprise was the fantastic weather meaning that we had sunshine everyday.

This was our first stay in a villa and we had a fantastic time. Travelled as a family of 4, children aged 15 and 11 which was perfect. The facilities are fantastic and have everyting you could possibly need and more. The pool was heated which was great, especailly with us travelling in Februray as the temperature is a little cooler. It's situated 10 to 15 min walk from the Atlantico Centre and beach front that has all the amenities you could need, including a spar for essentials. We would taxi into the main centre at night for a meal and taxi back which cost a couple of Euros. Big shout out to Gaby the villa manager who was amazing during our stay, so attentive and helpful. Thank you Nikki for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa we will be returning.

We had a fantastic stay in the villa which was everything we were hoping for. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms are lovely with excellent water pressure and good temperature. The kitchen is very well stocked so you can cook meals - we even had a milk frother and the welcome basket was great. Gaby was really helpful and checked all was ok; we had a mini problem and she came straight round to sort it for us with no fuss. The outside space really makes this villa. The pool was wonderful and was a great temperature for swimming in January. You can also swim as the pool is deep from end to end. The outside sofa and table are lovely spaces to relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to go back next year!

The villa was exceptionally clean when we arrived, we had a basic welcome pack on arrival which helped. The beds were extremely comfortable and plenty of cupboard space for clothes. We didn't really use the inside of the villa except to sleep in, we used the outside. The bbq was fantastic which we used during our stay. The pool was a bit cold but bearable. We were advised not to use the pool cover (which in previous villas we have always used of an evening) which lead to the pool becoming a bit dirty on the bottom. It was cleaned by the pool man once, which is normal but obviously after the day of being cleaned it then became gritty for the rest of the week. This however did not spoil our stay and I would not hesitate to return here. Five stars from all 5 adults who stayed here.

This was our first trip to Caleta de Fuste and we were not disappointed. It was made special by our stay in Nicola’s fabulous property. This property is very much as seen in the images. Upon our arrival we were in awe at how clean everywhere was, inside and out was just spotless!! The welcome pack was very much appreciated, it meant we could just jump into the pool and was in no hurry to find the supermarket. Everything you could think of for your stay is in this villa. The décor is lovely and the beds were soooo comfortable. Gabby the property manager called with us a couple of times during our stay, although we had no queries or issues it was good to know she was on hand if we needed her, she was lovely lady, really friendly. We were only in the villa for ten nights and the pool was maintained twice during our stay. For us the villa was a leisurely 13 minute walk to the Atlantico Centre where there was a Spar supermarket, it was a great size and had absolutely everything you could need for your stay. The Centre also had some lovely shops to browse, down escalators there is a cinema, a bowling alley and a few amusements, there is also about four restaurants where you can either eat inside or out where there was a children’s play area. Literally a couple of minutes walk from there took you to the lovely La Guirra beach, which was broken up into a few small cove type beaches along the lovely promenade walk that took you into the main resort of Caleta de Fuste (approximately 15 minutes walk from the Atlantico Centre). Caleta de Fuste itself is small and compact. In a main square you will find some lovely restaurants and bars, a small supermarket and a few shops. Not as big a resort as we would be used to, but we just loved the relaxed, safe feeling it gave, it was never crowed and no matter where we ate the meals were lovely and the service good. Most evenings we would get a taxi from the villa into Caleta de Fuste costing at the most 4 euros as it was still very warm around 7pm to walk the half hour, we then liked to walk back along the promenade, stopping at one of the restaurants for a couple of drinks before returning to the villa. All I can say is, thank you Nicola for sharing your wonderful villa with us and we would love to return in the future!!

I would recommend this villa to anyone. It was amazing and it was equipped with everything you could ever need. The location was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. We will definitely be going back again!

We had a very relaxing two weeks at Nicola’s villa. The villa is beautiful inside and out, very spacious and clean. Beds were really comfortable. The TV package was brilliant if you just wanted a lazy day on the sofa! Will definitely return for another visit. Brilliant! Loved everything about it. Booked with confidence, owners communication great. Re booked for next Christmas immediately. Heated pool was very clean & THE perfect temperature all day every day & bonus, was cleaned properly twice in a week - excellent! (some we have used in past haven’t been) Interior spotless, elegant , everywhere smelt clean & fresh, beds superior quality so very very comfortable. Towels & bed linen superior quality. Welcome pack on arrival with essentials. Agent, Gaby lovely & really helpful A family member using a mobility scooter found It easily accessible, arrangements for access were good. One tiny ‘wish’ Wished we had asked in advance if we could have left cases (if only for couple of hours) to be collected later - we had a 18.00 flight Looking forward to our 2020 Christmas holiday there

We stayed here as a couple with 4 adult children. Everything was perfect. Early arrival and check-in which was very much appreciated. Villa spotless and heated pool amazing particularly for a December stay. Property Manager Gaby also lovely and very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again - the sooner the better!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicola's property. The instructions to the property was very accurate and we had no problem getting a taxi from the airport. Nicola was away so had arranged a friend to pop along and make sure everything was ok. The apartment was immaculate and the welcome pack left for us was very much appreciated, there were even DVD's to keep all ages entertained. The pool side area was pristine and the pool was heated which was great as we had small children with us. Everything was made to make our holiday as comfortable as possible. The nearest supermarket was a large SPAR and was only a 10 minute walk from the villa, it had everything you could need and was situated in a shopping centre with nice shops and restaurant's . It was a lovely 45 minute walk along the sea front to get to the marina in the main town of Caleta de Fuste which was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet area with the option of going into the main town centre. We were on a family holiday with our eight month old twin grandsons, Nicola arranged high chairs and would have supplied travel cots had we needed them, she couldn't have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful villa, it was in an ideal location only 10 minutes from shopping centre, mc Donald’s and the beach they even had a cinema which had English showings and blowing. The beach was lovely! Nikki the owner was amazing she went above and beyond, we landed a lot earlier than the usual villa check in time but Nikki made arrangements so we were able to check in early with was great, we also had a complimentary hamper which had the basics to get us by till we could get to the shops which was really thoughtful and very handy, the wine and beer went down nicely lol. The town where all the restaurants were was a lovely 35 minutes walk along the beach which even the little ones enjoyed walking with no complaints at all, or you could get a taxi from the villa from as little as €3.60 for an 8 seater it was so cheap! The villa was lovely and clean and beautifully decorated but the highlight was definitely the pool there was 7 of us and the pool was plenty big enough for all of us. Thank you so much Nikki for allowing us to stay in your amazing villa we all had the best time (my 5 year old wanted to stay there forever and never go home) we also had a few accidents with a cup and the pool net but Nikki was really understanding and lovely about it! Would love to come back again and will hopefully be looking to book this villa again for next year as soon as Christmas is out of the way, can’t wait to come back! What a wonderful villa! We have not long returned from our stay here and intend on returning early next year. From initial contact made with Nikki through to the end of our stay it couldn’t have been better. Nikki responded quickly and courteously to our enquiries and made the whole booking process so easy. We were met at the property by Gaby, what a lovely lady! We were fortunate to enter the property slightly earlier than thought and were shown everything we needed to know. Advise was given on the local area and Gaby very kindly booked the restaurant for our anniversary dinner too, she was also on hand if required for the duration of our stay, complete peace of mind thank you!! The villa itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean with everything there that you could possibly need and more! From quality fixtures and fittings inside to a lovely outdoor area with the cleanest pool I’ve ever experienced! The villa is positioned in a peaceful area yet still close enough for shopping and the resorts bars and restaurants, what more could one need! So thank you for a wonderful holiday at the villa and we look forward to visiting again next year Xx

We wanted somewhere to go and have a mixture of relax but to also enjoy some of the experience's. The villa is in the perfect place. Quiet neighbourhood but close enough to access everything you would want.

Have just spent one week at this perfect villa, it is amazing This stunning villa is very well equipped , has comfortable beds and just about everything you could wish for to keep adults and kids happy. I was surprised at how quiet the area was, yet within a short walk of the shopping mall. There is plenty of space, inside and out. All in all one of the best villa holidays we have had. Thank you

A family friendly place with a fabulous pool but also chill out areas too.Near to the shops and beach.plenty of room in each room,spoilt for choice for entertainment. Great communication with owner and the house keeper was brilliant and so helpful. Strongly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed!!

First time staying in Fuste as always went to Costa Calma further South. I was pleasantly surprised wih Fuste. Stayed for a week and would certainly come back. Totally blown away with our Villa it was impeccable, fantastic location, modern, spotless with everything you require to make sure your stay here was the best ever. Heated pool was cleaned twice and Gaby the manageress made us feel very welcome and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. 10 out of 10.

Very spacious villa, spotlessly clean and every facility and equipment you could imagine. The outside area included a good sized pool and artificial grass which looked very realistic without the mess of real grass, ideal for kids. Pool attendant came twice during our week there. Location is 10 minute walk from a large supermarket (very cheap wine!) and McDonalds. The clean beach is just behind the supermarket with cafes etc. Would definitely recommend.
