Check in difficult initially as we were told by front desk no early check ins till 3:00 as our reservation is through a 3rd party vendor. Nothing I can do. Vrbo communications allowed for early check in of room available. Contacted Donna from Vrbo site and immediately got the situation corrected to be able to check on 45 min early. Traffic and road closures made difficult navigating back to the place Staff provided us with voucher for buffet.

Really enjoyed staying here while in Vegas.

Safe and clean

My sister and I first tim in Vegas. We stayed at this hotel for a week. Very clean and the staff was great. Will stay again if we go back.

Donna was amazing and so helpful to make our anniversary getaway a one-of-kind experience we won't forget. I highly recommend booking one of her properties. The resort property was so relaxing and the suite room has 2 large windows in the main bedroom and a cozy patio; all of which offer spectacular views of the Strip. We stayed during the week of June 26th. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Donna.

First the shiwer in the primary bedroom disnt work. Maintenance had to come fix it. Then my guest had two cold showers and i had to take a cold shower as well.

We really enjoyed staying several days at Donna’s condo, and as silly as it might sound, it was starting to feel like my second home around the time I had to check out lol. It was my first time to stay in Las Vegas and i kinda feel like an old pro already, at least in the MGM Grand area. The room was well represented in the listing, and Donna was extremely gracious, attentive, and helpful. The only things we noticed that could have been better was the bathroom counter had some water spots around the fixtures, the shower was a bit finicky to get the water temp right, and an old used sponge was all that was available to clean the couple of dishes we used. There were several different dishes in the cabinets, utensils in the drawers, basically almost everything you needed for an extended stay. There is even a stovetop with two electric burners in the kitchenette! (Which we didn’t actually use, but could’ve if needed!) While Vegas is very expensive, the condo is quite affordable, and one less thing to worry about if you book it. We had an overall great time and enjoyed our stay very much. I’d certain book it again next time we visit Las Vegas!

Beautiful property connected to the MGM without all those resort fees. Excellent location and is close to other grand casinos. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend this location.

Donna was great to work with, the condo was everything we needed it to be. Access to the strip was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Donna is the BEST host you could ever ask for. Donna made my birthday trip so easy, she was there communicating with me through the all process. I had so many unexpected situations that was happening coulpe hrs before my trip. My flight got canceled so my arrival time was early than expected. Donna went above and beyond so I could check in as soon as I land instead of waiting 13hrs in my car before check in. Donna is such a blessing and I’m thankful for all she did for me through my challenging time. I had a GREAT stay at the MGM Signature, my room was clean and very comfortable. Everything is so close to the hotel that I didn’t have to use my car. I’ll definitely book again with Donna, she’s the best. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Thank you Donna!

Great location!

I stay at the Signature when traveling to Las Vegas for business every 6 months. It's clean, comfortable & convenient. This time, the booking agent through VRBO forgot to link my reservation to the Signature front desk so, on arrival I was told my reservation wasn't valid. I was also told there were no more rooms available. My name was linked within an hour of my call to VRBO but it made for an uncomfortable arrival after a long flight & minor panic about my work week ahead. It also became clear that Signature management does not like dealing VRBO. They said that I should rent directly through them. I nearly always rent through VRBO so was disappointed to learn there is not a more cooperative relationship there. VRBO help lines had exceptionally long waits - over an hour at the time I called for help.

This place was user nice, clean and you can communicate with the manager fast anything you need she will respond. Do recommend you book it.

Get your steps in next it's Vegas Baby! This place is great for the fridge to keep drinks for me protein drink for breakfast. Pools are nice though the second one is only one with hot tub.

This condo was very clean. The kitchen has the bare minimum to just barely get by. There was no salt, pepper or butter/oil NOTHING! All of the other vrbo properties I've stayed at least had those types of things stalked. Also the kitchen sink faucet is broken. If you need extra pots or pans they charge a fee. If you want an early check in they charge a fee (she did waive my early checkin fee. Just a heads up to others). If you want to check out late there is a fee. I felt nickel and dimed. I will not stay here again. I called house keeping when we got there for extra towels, those never showed up. I won't stay here again.

Phenomenal communication from Donna. She was there for me for every question. The property is like a 5 star hotel in terms of cleanliness and amenities. Bed was super comfortable. So lovely to be close to everything Vegas! Only thing to note is that Covid affected some access to pools and many restaurants are closed (throughout Vegas, not just here). So be prepared that wherever you stay hosts cannot control what and when things are opening. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Donna and her property. Also note that for longer stays you should bring extra shampoo and soap - you won’t have access to housekeeping while there because this is a private estate.

I like the signature properties. We stayed in tower 3 which is the farthest distance from MGM Grand. Our coffee maker was broken so the coffee would not drain. Even though we left the light on for house keeping, we never had our room cleaned while we were there. It was nice to have a fridge in our room. The beds were comfortable and we felt very safe. The halls were quiet at night, which was nice.

First time using VRBO and it will be my last!! Reserved this room at MGM Signature in Las Vegas through Donna with Condo Hotel Marketplace. Made all payments on time. The week before we were to be there we were told that the room we were supposed to have, the jetted tub was broken so she was moving us to a different room. We were ok with that. We got to Vegas on a Sunday night at 10:30pm and checked in and were told they didn’t have a room available for us, that the room that was for us had people in it and that Donna had ok’d their late check out! We were told we would have to wait another 1.5 hrs for a room. Around Midnight, we finally got a room. We went to the room, and it was DISGUSTING! DIRTY! I would not let my dog sleep in the filth! I took pics of the disgusting room! Needless to say we left the room and promptly went back downstairs. We had to wait another hour for a room. Around 1am, we were given another room (5th floor). This room was good. During all the time, I was trying to keep in touch with Donna but she was barely texting me back. Then she abruptly stopped messaging me back. Total disrespect if you ask me since she is the rental owner and I had paid for a room! Thinking all was good, the next day (Monday) we go to the pool, and come back to our room and are told we have to get out! We have to move to another room (6th floor)! You’ve go to be kidding me! 3rd room! UNBELIEVABLE!! The best part is through all this, they gave us 3-$25 cards to use for food and a $100 credit to our room. That’s it. I was grateful for that. But come on! The remainder of our trip was uneventful, but the checkin was a disaster, the unprofessional behavior of Donna and the manager of Signature, and lack of follow-up has convinced me to never deal with VRBO and Signature ever again!

When we arrived at the airport we were not aware none of the shuttles dropped off at the Signature therefore we were dropped off at the MGM. It was our very first time visiting therefore was not aware of the distance to the Signature. No one was available to assist us with instructions how to get to the correct tower. By the time we arrived at the correct desk the front desk clerk was not very welcoming nor friendly. We were exhausted by the time we got to our room. My husband and I specifically chose the Signature because of the Jacuzzi tub. We were not able to use the Jacuzzi tube due it was not working and there was no hot water. This was very disappointing. No one could accomodate us to move us to another room. Throughout our stay we had to walk on wet carpet that was very saturated right outside our room. It began having a mildew odor. We had guest visit us, our shoes and our guest shoes got wet. I spoke with Amy who offered us a 75.00 credit to use at any of the designated vendors but when we placed our order the credit was denied. We were told our room had a block on it. This was very embarrassing and cost us additional money we were not planning on spending. It was my husband and I anniversary. The stay at the Signature was very inconvenient and unaccommodating. It was not worth the money we spent to stay there.

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Donna was easy to communicate with and quick to reply with answers to all my questions and requests. We will definitely be back!We did have a slight problem with having Suite guests having no access to the MGM Grand resort pool as is stated in the description. However, it was due to MGM Grand's COVID restrictions and the number of people they allow at each pool. If you go mid week, I am guessing the "no access for Suite guests" will be lifted. I would definitely call and ask about restrictions before you go, if access to the resort pool is a a major consideration to your stay here.
