Great Location it is near to desa dairy farm, the host is very helpful and the facilities are great. WiFi is great and tv is functioning well with Netflix, YouTube and other. I enjoy with my family there and we can bbq.

The accommodation is very comfortable. All basic needs are available. In the morning, you can see the beautiful view of Mount Kinabalu.

The place is a strategic location because the restaurant only a minute walking distance. Not far from desa fairy farm. Friendly staff.
The water in the morning is quite cold even with water heater. The road also quite steep.

Its a private house. 2 bedrooms with individual bathrooms each. Small kitchen. TV entertainment was great, smart TV. Less than a minute walk to a restaurant. Close to attraction places.

Location of the property is good. Good view of Mount Kinabalu from window. Good cold breeze in morning when you open the cottage door. There nice restaurant nearby the cottage. Location is mid way point between interesting sites and Kundasang town. Parking is available.
Hot shower have to be manipulated to make it work. Hot water is not hot enough. Some essential things were not the room like bottle water and toilet tissue. You have to request from host to get those items. We got the those things after requesting.

The place can easily reach by car. The location is good and a few places of attraction is nearby only such as Kundasang Farm Ville, Alpaca Club, Culvert view and Desa Dairy Farm.
I would love to stay here again.
The water heater can be upgraded because on our stay the water is too cold. The trick is to let the water flow so slow so the water can have ample time to be heated.

Great location, friendly staff. It's family owned and you see that people really care about what they do. Cozy cottages with front gardens give opportunity to spend time outside. It worked great for our kids who could run freely in the garden as it is closed off from the cars. We will definitely come back!
Creaking springs in one of the beds were too loud

The mountain view from the front side of the cottage is superb.
The bed making noise and the mattress spring is too soft. Need to upgrade.

Nice place on the hill, close to all the animal farms, close to restaurants and the Kundasang market. The rooms are large and equipped with mini fridge, water boiler, cutlery, rice cooker, microwave. Nice terrace overlooking a pleasant garden, where you can enjoy your breakfast and see the mountain. The host is very kind
The mattress and pillows were extremely firm. Price a bit too high.

The person in charge is super friendly and helpful!
Walking around the creaky wooden floor might wake up other people from their sleep. WiFi is not good, perhaps should improve on it.
