L hotel più sporco mai visto, impossibile riuscire a stare in camera visto gli odori, mancanza di acqua calda, davanti all ingresso dell hotel presenza di molti topi, sono stato in parecchi hotel in India mai visto una cosa simile, alle due di notte siamo scappati. Inoltre personale scortese, insistente sul fatto che avremmo dovuto cambiare soldi da loro con continue chiamate in stanza per convincerci. Mai più! Esperienza terribile! Il costo altissimo per il servizio dato. TERRIBILE

Prompt response to the room service, Tea at room, support staff were available and well behaved. Calm environment, Good location.

Lift was not working properly, electricity disruption, narrow bathroom, AC remote was not working properly.

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ha accolto tutte le nostre richieste nel più breve tempo possibile. Viene consegnata l’acqua sigillata in bottiglia tutti i giorni. Ottimo il driver che la struttura ci ha fornito da/per l’aeroporto.

Migliorabile la pulizia delle camere ma per lo standard indiano è abbastanza accettabile.

Food was really good. Reasonable price. Good cleanliness. Staff were well behaved too. Breakfast was served on time. Good hospitality from the management.

The intercom wasn't working and they didn't fix it the time I was out. Instead, they sent the technician when I was inside the room. He struggled with the telephone for half an hour but couldn't fix it. I was really tired but couldn't have a sleep because the technician won't be available at any other time! The whole thing was really annoying. Staff response to anything was slow.

Cockroaches and Internet didn't work

The staff is amazing, the receptionist was fabulous, room cleaners were very attentive. The in-house restaurant always amazed us with its delicious food.

The hotel really needs good maintenance, changing the broken wash basin, repair lights which are no longer working. Smelly air conditions should be repaired and not put air fresheners.
