whilst it had breakfast, it did not have a restaurant

We forgot some headphones, 10 minutes later we returned to the hotel to retrieve them but the receptionist refused to let us look in the room, so they have stolen our headphones

location is very good and the rooms are nice

the management was incredibly bad. The kettle in the room was not working. After communicating the problem to the reception and having been told they would replace it in the following days, nothing happened. But the worst still has to come. During night to enter the hotel you are required to ring a bell or call a number. I literally rang the bell for an hour and tried to call but nothing, I had to sleep over in another hotel for that night. When communicating this experience to the reception, the answer was that it was not possible since they have somebody there all night.

Staff were very helpful. Hotel location was perfect for purpose of my visit. Bathroom was excellent (even though shower was a little small for someone my size). Room was very clean and good size.

My room card had to be reactivated twice. Pillows were square, which was unusual for me. But overall, everything was great and I would use the hotel again for sure.

Good quality of sleep - quiet room, comfortable bed. Good cleanness - Clean room daily serviced. Good location - 30 second walk from Train station, 1 minute walk from WTC, 15min walk from city centre. Nice staff.

Nothing really disappointing. Some room features could be improved: e.g. bathtub only (no shower)

The luggage room was unlocked and I picked up my luggage, while reception was not occupied. Anyone from the stret walking in could have done it as well.
