Location to theme park, shopping area and casino etc.
Very basic room and cleanliness is not up to par. Check in process is a nightmare, people were waiting for hours for what should be a simple process.

The Self Check-In and Check-Out procedures are very quick and interesting to explore, shops, facilities and activities at surrounding places just great and unparallel
The rooms are tiny with uncleaned situation, beds are not comfortable, toiletries not available, washroom very small

Bath towels feel like thrown away being used again. No toilet amenities. No free wi fi. No free parking. Bed end corridor is a one way street.Over head fan like invisible slap of air over your body n face which is uncomfortable to sleep.
M$300 a night in KL Town area give u good price for your money. Checking in by half an hour earlier being charge M$5??What happens when first World Hotel late in delivering our room on time?? tks

Das einzig tolle war die Lage bzw. die Anreise mit Seibahn.
Sehr unfreundliches Personal auxh unkompetent, man wird von einem zum anderen Mitarbeiter weitergeschoben. Dafür dass es das weltgrößte Hotel ist gibt es nichteinmal W-Lan ausser im Tower 3 - seeeehr schlecht vor allem als internationaler Tourist welcher soch nicht immer gleich eine Datensim kaufen will.
check in ist auch sehr unorganisiert und wieder mit unkompetenten Personal besetzt. die Checkinautomaten funktionieren zum Teil garnicht.
Im Zimmer kann man das Licht nie komplett ausschalten - seehr nervig!
Die Zimmer sind seehr klein und dreckig - vor allem wird das gesamte Hotel auch zu Tode desinfiziert - das ist mal sicher nicht mehr hygienisch und gesund! Der Boden im Zimmer war klebrig bedeckt mit was auch immer aufjedenfall wiederlich!

Kiosk check in was difficult cos to scan passport took a long time to accepted. I was not giving the room types that I booked from booking.com. And was giving a smoking room area. Cos ask having difficulty to sleep at night cos of the smoke smell.

No door or curtain at the shower changing room. The window lock was spoilt. And room to room facing too close.

Check in is the worst, even have special Kiosk for booking with Booking.com we still have to go receiption for checking and waiting more than 1 hour

i was not given the room which I booked was deluxe room with wifi. Instead they give standard room without wifi. Pay extra money for deluxe room, feel cheated

The room is a little dark, the toilet and corridor lights are not on

I was given a room at Tower 1 which was near to all the restaurants.
The room was on level 20, a no smoking level. However, for 2 nights there was smoke smell coming into the room. On the 2nd night, it was even worse! I could smell smoke for 4 times in an hour. I called the reception and they said they would send security to ask the person to stop smoking. But I am not sure if they really send security since they dont even know who was smoking. So at 12 midnight, I had to pack all my bags and get the room changed. The only redeeming grace was they allowed me to change room and gave me level 17 and no smoke was detected there after.
It is really unacceptable for such smoking incident to happen at a non smoking floor. The hotel needs to be more stringent on this policy!

Plz cleaned up properly and sanitised the bed part also a lot cigaretes at the place (non smoking room)
