There aren't good transport link or taxis around the area. More detailed information would have been helpful from the hotel

Services!
There are no service staff in the hotel. Even the check-in and check-out services require guests to do it themselves on the hotel's tablet computer. I wanted to ask them to help find a taxi, I had to contact them by email, but they didn't reply. The hotel is in a good location, but the service is really bad. We stayed for three days and two nights and only saw a waiter once!

Keine Parkplatz Beschreibung. In der Unterkunft findet man erst raus wo man Parken kann.
Direkt neben der Eingangstür steht ein Schuhregal. Man wird wunderbar vom Geruch von stinkenden Schuhen begrüßt.
Das Gebäude ist alt, ungepflegt, es stinkt überall nach "Raumerfrischern".
Man muss die Schuhe in der Lobby ausziehen und hat dann die Wahl zwischen mit Socken laufen oder dreckige Schlappen, die schon 1000 andere Gäste anhatten. Hatte mich erst für Socken entschieden und es schnell bereut, da nach wenigen Metern haarig waren.
Die Wände sind aus Pappe. Man hört die Gäste nebenan Schnarchen, die Lichtschalter betätigen, die Türen knallen, usw.
Wir sind noch am gleichen Tag um 24:00 Uhr wieder abgezogen, weil wir kein Auge zubekommen haben. Daher kann ich zur Dusche und WiFi nichts sagen.
Ich fühle mich echt betrogen von den Bewertungen hier auf Booking. 8.2? Für diese Bude? Wie bitte???
Das war das letzte Mal, dass ich mich hier auf die Bewertungen und Bilder verlasse.

Staff were very friendly. It was convenient having kettle and microwave in the room. There is a convenient store in front of the hostel. The view of Mount Fuji from the room is great.
It's a little far from Kawaguchiko station (around 30 min walking).

Well kept, sufficient room for three. basic but clean toilet/shower. seven eleven in front. For the price, its location and quality is great if you’re looking for simple no frill accommodation.

The place was good and kept in high condition. Beds and staying place were comfy. Walking distances to a few restaurants and bus stop.

Excellent location, convenience stores right next to the property and a bus stop for the red line.
Both the bridge as well as other lakeside parks with great views of Mt. Fuji are within walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Not very close to mount fuji but you can watch mount fuji from the window. There's a lake nearby. It was very soothing in the morning to take a walk on the lakeside.
The rug was very old and dusty.
