the property was spotlessly clean, the facility’s available for cooking were great although we never cooked. the bed was very comfortable there were hard and soft pillows on the bed so you could choose which suited you best. The bathroom had a large bath which had a shower in it.The location was handy for both railway stations, places to eat and pubs. I would highly recommend this place.

Due to the windows only being single glazed at times you could sometimes hear the traffic, but not loud enough to cause an issue.

The suite was warm and comfortable and we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated, there was a problem with the hot water which was inconvenient but they were great at keeping us updated

We asked one of the housekeeping staff to replenish our toilet paper and give us fresh towels which she wrote down with our room number but we came back that evening to it not having been done which was disappointing

Our stay there would have been fine overall , if the boiler had not broken down , and there was no hot water on morning of Monday 10 th April. Therefore , no shower for us which was disappointing, which I think you need first thing in the morning , to freshen you up , and prepare you for your journey home . It's just as well this did not happen on Sunday the 9 th , as there were a lot of guests in the hotel to attend my daughter's wedding in Arta, and we all needed to scub up well for this major event.

Excellent location and a very comfortable stay in a well equipped apartment suite. It was clean and tidy, much larger than we had expected for a studio apartment. The only thing missing that was in the description was a dining table but that wasn't an issue for us. We liked the mixed recycling bins, free water refill in the hall and overall very happy with the facilities provided in this large apartment suite. The best part is definitely the powerful shower. We would definitely come back!

The reception staff were friendly but we thought a warm welcome and greeting was necessary. They did not ask how our stay was during check out, so it was not quite a memorable experience from the staff.

it advertised a fitness suit, sadly it is not a fitness suit. it’s very basic and is basically a cardio suite

I would have preferred a proper cooked breakfast especially for the cost of an overnight stay

Great location for travel and restaurants. Very friendly staff (wanted to help and smiled and greeted you every time you entered and walked around the hotel). Clean and spacious rooms, hallways and lifts etc. relatively quiet for a city centre location (especially when Scotland were playing). Good size fridge, ironing facilities and even a cooling fan all included in the room.

The room toilet had to be pressed several times before it would flush and the bathroom walls were quite heavily stained and in need of paint.
