Absolutely fantastic location and great hosts! The cabin was clean, fully prepared with bedlinen and towels by the time we came. Cabin was very well equipped with everything we needed including complementary coffee and tea. Cabin is spacious with a lot of windows looking towards the mountains and fjords! Hosts have put attention to details that makes the cabin very cozy! There was a nice catalog put together by the host with attractions and hiking trails around, which was extremely useful. Just mentioning in case someone else is looking at this as well - Cabin does not have a dedicated electric-car charger (i.e Type-2), but it does have a dedicated 220v wall outlet outside main entrance near parking area with easy access to the car. Charging is slow (for me it was about 20km added per hour of charging), but extremely convenient to top-up after a short-day trip or let it charge overnight. There is plenty of fast chargers in Andalsnes which is about 10km from the cabin.

A great house, comfortable and well equipped for a group of eight friends. Really welcoming hosts, willing to go that little bit further to ensure everything was right. Most Norwegian self-catering charge extra for linen and cleaning. Here it was all included along with the bonus of complementary real coffee!

We truly enjoyed the house and the place overall. Great terrace overlooking the magnificent fjord. The house is equipped with everything you might need. Very clean and cosy. Definitely our top recommendation!
