+ Main plus of this hotel is its location: Leme is such a nice, safe, rather residential neighbourhood where you have a good mixture of locals and tourists, the walk to the beach is about two minutes, shops and restaurants nearby + all important places easy to reach by uber or bike + rooftop pool and bar + good breakfast + fully equipped minibar in the room

Os elevadores são muito demorados, falta um bom gerenciamento deles, ficam parando em vários andares à toa

quando fechei o pacote estava no site que estava incluído o café da minha e depois fui saber que não tinha enfim a única coisa que fiquei um pouco decepcionado

Pelo período do ano, o café da manhã nos atendeu. A equipe do hotel atuou também de forma muito solicita e a localização do hotel foi excelente para o que buscávamos nestas férias

Ainda que o time do hotel tenha deixado claro os preços da noite de reveillon, os preços para participar do evento no rooftop poderiam ser mais interessantes. Deixando claro, isso não impactou em nada nossa experiência no hotel.

O hotel é ótimo, bem localizado, funcionários educados e um café da manhã muito bom.

Faltou uma piscina coberta e aquecida no hotel, pois peguei dias de chuva no Rio e fez falta.

Serviço de limpeza impecável, concierge muito amável e atenciosa (Almira?), todos os garçons muito prestativos, educados e pacientes, facilidades ótimas, adorei a academia e o rooftop. Quarto maravilhoso.

No primeiro dia comi um frango com legumes e o frango tinha nervos e gordura. O café da manhã estava bastante completo mas as vezes faltava comida / copos

Localização muito boa! Quartos extremamente grandes e confortáveis, o banheiro muito iluminado e espaçoso. O hotel é extremamente bem decorado, sem falar do rooftop perfeito com uma piscina e uma vista de tirar o fôlego!!

La proximité de la plage, dans ce quartier calme de Copacabana, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Petit déjeuner excellent , copieux et propose un choix très varié. Nous n’avons pas profité de la piscine mais la vue du roof top est sympathique. Les soirées DJ animent bien le lieu !

Helpful staff, good breakfast, nice and safe location. Rooms are renovated (but not all of them) and beds are of good quality.

Elevators need a urgent upgrade. There is always something not working with them. I had to change room four times in less than a week stay due to different issues (room with facilities for disabled people was overflowing water in the bathroom floor from the shower, next room AC was not working, then in the other one there was poor insulation and I could hear a baby screaming from the next room as early as 4 AM, last room in the 18th floor was just fine). Staff was always helpful and ready to help but the hotel needs some serious maintenance/upgrade.

The staff were absolutely wonderful to us. Most spoke perfect English and we’re always friendly and welcoming to us! The hotel had all the amenities we were after (except toothbrushes) but it wasn’t a major issue for us. We could organise tours, get room service, they event lent me an adaptor. The breakfast staff were my absolutely favourite. There was a gentlemen who offered to take our omelette order every morning. I didn’t catch his name but he looked like a supervisor. Please pass on our sincere thanks for his excellent customer service - he went above and beyond to help us! We would also like to thank the filling staff who make our stay so comfortable at every request Enzo- Reception Clar - Rexeption Yay - breakfast Thiago Michelina Karoline - fairy floss The hotel is situated a block back from the beach and it’s nice and quiet. There a supermarkets a few doors down. The breakfast had a great selection and everything was clean! Comfy bed and the tv was amazing. Smart tv with English options and next life access. We also liked the fridge to store our water bottles. Shower power was good and clean! We very much enjoyed our stay and would atm there again. The gym also has a great view of the view and the back of Christ the Redeemer. We didn’t use the pool as it wasn’t heated.

You can hear some people talk through the walls at times and there was no toothbrush (we forgot to pack ours). But we bought some new ones from the supermarket a few doors down and it was only a few US dollars. The lift can sometimes get crowded, so we would always have to go down before going up the rooftop, otherwise we could never get inside the lift. But it wasn’t a major deal breaker for us and not fault by the workers. It’s managements poor design of the hotel.

A warm welcome on arrival and a straight forward check in. Room was clean and modern decor. Location was ideal, not far from Copacabana. The rooftop pool and bar area is by far the best part about this hotel. A lovely way to watch the sun set over Rio from the top. I also enjoyed using the gym facilities with great sea views.

Beds are quite firm, not the most comfortable.
