This was the perfect location for four adults and two babies. We arrived late our first night and Darcy made the arrival process very easy. The beach is so close and convenient with our kids, and we didn’t have to worry about packing up the boat to go on day trips. We will be back again, thank you Darcy!

Well we were not happy with housekeeping, floors were filthy, bathroom toilets dirty and not sanitary. Called front office for extra towels and help with cleaning bbq, but were give unhappy response. Eventually were brought towels ,2. Never sent anyone to clean bbq. Other than that we loved the place.

My sister and I took our kids to the river to enjoy fun in the sun. It was great! Our villa was fully equipped with dishes and all! Outside grilling made for easy dinners and clean up. We would definitely go back.

Ok let’s start with the bad: first this place was advertised as being in Arizona but is in fact on the California side. Had I known that we wouldn’t have stayed. It was at least 30mins to the closest gas station but the check in area did have some basic necessities for a price. The place was lacking some amenities such as more towels, dishwasher detergent and cleaning supplies. Lastly the sand on the beach is pretty rough. Ok now time for the good: This place really is incredible. The beach and proximity to the river exceeded my expectations despite the California side comment above. Darcy was so good at helping us with questions and the property was so well put together. I’m glad we ended up here and will definitely do it again.

We Stayed in villa 3 and everything was great. found a few left over items of food left by previous guest but no big deal. Looking forward to going back in April 2021. Loved the beach front and coverd parking. Great access to the water.

Incredible stay at Villa 3. The Beach is amazing ! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Great times for friends and family. The Villa is well maintained and clean and our needs were met. Incredible views and nice times on the beach and patio area. Would highly recommend this property and will be coming back. Great for boating and Jet Skis. A GREAT TIME!

This place is amazing, right on a sand beach, everything you need is there. It was clean, comfortable and this will be our new go to place from now on, LOVED IT!!

Weather was perfect, the accommodations were excellent and the HomeAway add was on point.We look forward to our next booking. We'll wait for closure, refund of the deposit and be prepared to book our next stay...thank you!

Location - location - location.... amazing property with ideal location on river. We will move from annual stay to multiple stays throughout year!

This is my favorite spot on the Parker Strip. Having the sandy beach in front of the property to enjoy was great. The patio with the bar and grill was a huge benefit. Since its inside of the RV camp ground we had access to the K9 Corral so my dog could play and use the grass. Really looking forward to booking again next summer.

The property was amazing to stay at! It's right on the river with a decently sandy beach for an entire family to enjoy. We brought out our boat and were able to anchor it in the river directly in front of the property. The water at the beach was perfect for our kids with little current so they could swim. Everyone in my family was happy with our choice to vacation here and we will definitely be back!

We love this location! Beach is amazing

The unit was lacking some basic amenities like a coffee drip machine, any sort of bowl other than a cereal bowl. I used a 8 by 8 glass baking dish to make a salad. How about a cheese grater, whisk, or potato peeler. Says no dogs allowed but there was plenty of dog hair and even a piece of dog food in the living room rug. The upper stairs air con was extremely loud and could use some service. Also the larger picture window upstairs had a broken shade that prevented looking outside to enjoy the view of the water. Why not remove the broken shade and put a rod and black out curtains. And to top it all off at 7 am to 930 am on the wednesday and thursday morning workers were in the front of the unit with large blowers blowing and leveling gravel. It sounded like a loud leaf blower by the unit preventing anyone from sleeping.

My family and I had a fantastic time! The location is just amazing and everyone we worked with was so friendly and helpful! Being able to have our dogs with us was the icing on the cake! We will be coming back as well as telling our friends to book here!

We had a great time. House was clean and well equipped with what we needed. Great location and convenient for kids to play in the water or head inside for a break. Thank you again we can’t wait to book another trip.

Just a suggestion walls are too busy with hangings. Makes the condo seem smaller. Beach still in great condition.

Stayed friends. Everyone thought the villas where awesome. They are thinking they want to do it next year
