So many things to say, 1- owner of the homestay is soo humble... 2- rooms were super clean and well furnished nd very spacious in comparison to price...( Very reasonable) .. 3- bathrooms were extremely clean 4- linens that was provided were very clean 5- location of the homestay is very well connected to all Major sightseeing places.. I m recommending this property to the tourists, who are planning to visit fort Cochin...

This was the second time we have stayed at Bastian Homestay. Last time was in 2020 just before covid. It was excellent then and still is.

Excellent reception from our hosts that were really nice, helpful (for check-in but also to book other services: cooking class, airport connection etc.), professional. Great breakfast served with the same professionalism. All the services that we booked through them (cooking class and airport connection) were also great and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is great to visit Kochi.

The room gives on the common areas where people have breakfast or meet to chat so you can hear some sound of other guests from your room. Nothing that bothered us during our stay though!

We felt so welcomed at Bastian homestay, and the hosts provided everything that we asked for. The room was spacious and clean. The location is also great for walking into the main areas of Fort Kochi to see in just a few minutes. The Keralan breakfast was very nice, and definitely recommended. Very happy with our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hosts were wonderful and helped us booked our trips in and around Cochi. They gave us lots of good advice and we felt really safe with them. The room had everything you needed, including a little balcony, and was comfortable. I would recommend getting the Keralan breakfasts as they were amazing! 10/10 – great stay. Thank you to the wonderful hosts.

Room is not spacious.rooms are very adjecent.so even a little sounds from the ground floor is laudable.no parking space for 4 wheeler.

Bastian and his wife are great hosts, kind and helpful. Location is quiet yet close to many locations. Breakfast was perfect. Recommended!

Bed condition need to be improved. More importance to cleanliness may be given.

The rooms are good and clean. The owner takes a lot of care to the guests, that makes the difference.

It is inside the colony where there is no road for Four wheelers.
