Het personeel was geweldig, van de drivers tot de balie en de bar/zwembad. Alles wordt in het werk gesteld om je als koningin te laten voelen. De kamers zijn prachtig, groot en alles aanwezig voor een relaxt verblijf. De restaurants van een hoog niveau.

Ondanks dat alles geweldig is blijft de prijs kwaliteit verhouding echt wel lastig. Het is gewoon ontzettend duur voor een hoteltoren. Maar heel Anguilla is duur dus zonder goed budget zal je er toch niet snel verblijven.

Absolument tout !! Le personnel est vraiment génial, l’hôtel propose énormément d’activités, nous sommes venus pour un anniversaire et pendant tout le séjour nous avons eu des petites attentions du personnel, la chambre a une vue imprenable et les équipements sont parfait. De loin le meilleur hôtel que j’ai pu faire !

The stuff especially the reception, the fair lady with the short hair and is very very rude .

The location is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were spacious, the beds were so comfortable, the welcome snacks were very much appreciated after a long day of traveling. The staff were friendly and attentive and so very helpful! The event staff were amazing, all went above and beyond to ensure our planned anniversary dinner exceeded our expectations! My husband also said the golf course was in the top 2 of his favorite courses he has played worldwide. We cannot wait to visit again!

Not much to dislike...everything was splendid here! If I have to state something: the food choices at the onsite restaurants could be more variable.

The staff and service were great. Our stay was soon after they reopened (over Christmas) and you can tell they put a lot of effort into their training. Pool and grounds were beautiful. Room was well appointed and exceeded our expectations.

Only complaint is lack of music/energy throughout the property. I’m sure this will improve over time but there was no one socializing, using the bars, no music anywhere during the day. Also lots of kids (95% of guests were families, which is fine, just not what we were expecting I guess). We had an extremely concerning incident happen on our last night. At 5am (we were asleep), our doorbell rang several times and then an employee opened the door and said he was from engineering. We kept asking what he wanted and he didn’t respond and wouldn’t leave. He then turned all of the lights on and stood at the door. Finally we got him to leave and he said “have a good sleep”. I have tried to launch a proper incident report with the hotel - they listened to me in person but my emails since have gone unanswered. I do find this very unsettling.

Location was absolutly perfect as I am a beach lover The whole resort is beautiful, clean and elegant Breakfast was well presented and excellent quality Rooms were large with everything that you could need Sun beds with deep cushions and 2 towels made up for you Evening Lobster BBQ at beach bar was delicious and value for money

We were told we might be able to check into rooms earlier than 3pm when we arrived at 11am The receptionist told us she would check so we sat in the foyer by reception but an hour later she had still not informed us if we could. When I asked she told us we would have to wait longer so we went for lunch. When I returned she informed me that it would be 3pm so we used the beach facilities. I just felt I wasted time sat in reception waiting to be informed but this did not deter us from having the most wonderful stay at your resort, it is beautiful
