The house is great. The only thing is. I think to many stairs. I have bad knees and am 57. I know kids would love it though. A younger family. LU

This was a great property! A bit far from downtown, but worth it. Great size, plenty of bathrooms, a very comfy living areas. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Hood River.

Perfect location for a golf weekend in Hood River. Plenty of space and easily accessible to Indian Creek & Hood River Golf Course.

Nice place to stay with my friends for a wedding weekend. Spacious and centrally located.

The house had a great set up for our family. The check process and communication was great! The only thing we would of liked is if the kitchen would of had some supplies, such as foil, Syran wrap and maybe some zip loc bags. We stay in VRBO often and most of them are all equipped with all of that but overall great house!

Everything was perfect.... the organization of the property made it unnecessary to contact the host. They had already thought of everything!

Carpets need to be cleaned. faucet in jack and jill bathroom upstairs is slow to drain, cabinet under kitchen cabinet does not close properly. hard to open patio door. outdoors furniture and deck has not been cleaned. left over pizza was in oven from previous renters. chair in bunk room needs to be replaced. side door was unlocked before we came, rugs in living room have rolled corners. a tripping hazard. minor things but house could be stellar if fixed!!!!!

The house was a great size for our group, very comfortable, great floorplan and spacious. Enjoyed the hot tub and the many balconies. Check-in was easy and the place was clean.

Clean house. Had everything we needed and was close to shopping and restaurants.

Great house Could never get Wi-Fi to work. Towels were like gym towels… thin small. Towels smell sour/mildew Hot tub small for being a house that sleeps 8 but only 4 person hot tub

Overall it was a great experience! The house is was exactly as expected. It was clean and comfy, lots of room for everyone to hang out and relax, great location (if driving- only a couple minutes to downtown) and the hot tub was a nice touch. The only issue we had was the Wi-Fi took a little awhile to figure out and the TV set up was a bit complicated but if your tech savvy, than it’s not a problem. The check-in, check out was super easy and we had a great stay and would definitely go back.

We were there for a wedding, so the house was spacious and had good amenities. The master room had gorgeous views and big windows. The 4th room is literally in the garage so the guests staying there did feel a little awkward having to walk through the garage (with our cars) in the morning & night. The location was also behind a huge storage unit and somewhat hard to find. The nice thing was that it was centrally located.

Excellent property, convenient location to town. Nice amenities and comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen. It is very close to the rear of a shopping center and the HVAC drones 24/7 very noticeable with open windows. The master patio faces front and does not have enough window coverings if you preferr it dark. The other bedrooms do stay pretty dark. Lots of stairs to climb to the main floor and bedrooms. Overall it was very nice stay.

We really enjoyed this condo. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was great, the central air conditioning was greatly appreciated and the location was easy to get in and out of. We would like to stay here again in the future.

Large space, modern and clean. Not quite close enough to downtown to be considered walkable. Basement room with bunk bed was strange but we didn’t use it.

Communication with the host was excellent and instructions for entry and exit were very clear and easy to implement. We didn't have a working AC system when we first arrived which was unfortunate, especially as Hood River was experiencing some hot weather. This problem was taken care of the next day however so grateful for the quick service. The house could also do with some rug and carpet cleaning, some cobweb clearing and some work on the screen sliders which did not open easily. A very enjoyable stay however and I would recommend the Downwinder to anyone looking for a large place to stay when visiting Hood River.

We spent a lovely weekend in Hood River. The house was great for four friends to enjoy - both inside and out. The private patios off each bedroom were great. We wished we had more than just a weekend to enjoy!
