We have just returned from a 10 day stay at this amazing villa . The outside area is great too . The villa has everything you need . The shops etc are in walking distance . Would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return one day !

we had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Josefina in July. The house provides everything you need, and is centrally located on the island. Shops, restaurants and beaches are close by. We had a rental car at our disposal (cheap prices!) which came in very handy. Although the weather was nice and sunny, the house was never hot. Sleeping was comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped, the pool had ideal temp, and the playground was paradise for the kids. The house is close to neighbouring houses, so the peace and quiet depends a bit on who lives next door. We had no complaints there. The view is excellent! We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This villa is amazing. We have just returned from a weeks stay at this villa and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The villa is located about a 15 min walk from the Atlantico shopping centre, a further 20 mins into central Caleta along the seafront. The villa has everything you could ask for, 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suites, 1 with a bath, a large family bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher. There is a large utility room with a washing machine. The outside area is great, with a bbq, outside toilet and shower. There is a nice dining area outside and an excellent size pool. We had an issue with the heated pool, but after 1 text to Paco, it was sorted and the family fun continued. Whilst the villa has a satellite tv there was only 1 English channel, but you don’t go on holiday to watch tv so this was a real issue. We arrived and were shown around by Paco who provided us a great tour of the villa, but it would be useful to have something to refer too that details how things work, places to eat, taxi numbers etc. Overall a great base for a family holiday and would recommend to anyone.

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles was man braucht ist da. Auch der beheizte Pool und das vorhandene Kinderspielzeug waren sehr angenehm. Da das Haus den Wind gut abhält, lässt es sich auch an Winterabenden Gut im Freien aushalten. Der Fluglärm in der Einflugschneise hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal wenn man die Insel erkunden will und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Das Haus hält was die Fotos versprechen. Die notwendigen Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs sind vorhanden und der gemauerte Außengrill ist für Grillfans sehr nett. Der Pool war sauber und beheizt. Kleinere Mängel wurden vom Verwalter umgehend behoben. Das Haus liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, was für uns (a) wegen der geringen Anzahl an Flugzeugen und (b) der Begeisterung unseres Sohnes für Flugzeuge kein Nachteil war. Zudem war das Beobachten der Golfspieler für den Kleinen auch sehr spannend. Ein Mietwagen ist zu empfehlen. Nicht wegen der notwendigen Einkäufe, der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, sondern wegen der Möglichkeit an den Strand zu fahren. Der "Hausstrand" ist aufgrund von Felsen nicht badetauglich, weshalb der Besuch der Strände im Norden oder Süden der Insel lohnt. Alles in allem hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa unsere Erwartungen erfüllt.

Great villa exactly as pictures show it. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and hopefully will use it again sometime soon.

We had a lovely time at Villa Josephine. The Villa was well equipped and finished to a high standard. The play area was perfect for our children. Located 10 mins walk from the shopping centre, the town was further away but only cost 3.50 euros in a taxi so no need for a hire car. Issues / Recommendations During our stay a quick downpour washed the debris into the pool and we had no way of cleaning the pool. After getting in touch with the owners they sent a man to clean the pool he turned up with a net on a pole and cleaned a little saying he would be back later but never turned up again. Luckily he left the net which allowed us to finish the job off. I would recommend a net for cleaning the pool be left for the guests to use as this was also useful to removing the dead flies. The Villa didn't have air con or ceiling fans. This was normally ok in breezy Fuerteventura, but we had a couple of still nights and the Villa became very warm inside. We would recommend either installing air con or at least ceiling fans in each room for this. We enjoyed our time and would come back again, thank you Joseph for a lovely stay.

Estuvimos en la villa 10 días 7 personas. Al llegar nos encontramos con una casa muy limpia y bien cuidada, es preciosa y decorada con un gusto exquisito. Las habitaciones son grandes y con fundas nórdicas todas a juego, los baños y la cocina increíbles!!! En el jardín pasábamos la mayor parte del tiempo, disfrutando de las vistas y de la piscina climatizada. Los niños jugaban con una casita, tobogán y varias cosas que los propietarios han puesto para los más pequeños. A tres minutos de la casa hay un centro comercial con cines, tiendas, supermercado, restaurantes y la playa. Este verano volvemos seguro!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa dal 25/09 al 07/10 posso dire che la casa è semplicemente stupenda, ben curata pulita e con tutti i comfort sia per i grandi che per i piu piccoli. in questa villa abbiamo soggiornato in 7 eravamo 4 adulti e 3 bambini piccoli uno di un anno e due bimbe di 3.. lo spazio esterno per i bambini e molto bello e rilassante consiglio vivamente questa location... per quanto riguarda la posizione è molto strategica perche in 50 minuti si arriva a Morro jable e 30 a Corralejo.La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile , consiglio questa villa
