The property owners were very accommodating and ensured I had a great stay. The location and view were amazing.

I had the pleasure of an extended stay at the Casita with a View. The space feels brand new, clean and well appointed. Great location near transportation routes, and shopping, and close to town. Gina and Chris were wonderful hosts. I wouldn't have known they were even there if they hadn't reached out to ask if I needed anything on occasion. I had privacy, quiet, plus extra space in the garage to store my belongings. And of course - that million dollar view of the valley. It was absolutely heaven.

This was the perfect little unit for our Balloon Fiesta weekend! Easy access by car to everything ABQ has to offer, and quick drive to the Fiesta shuttle stop at the mall. The unit is located on the bottom level of the main house but it's completely isolated so there was plenty of privacy. Well equipped and very clean. The best part of all was the view of the valley - don't miss out on the incredible sunrises!!!

My husband and I have both stayed here at separate times to attend a class for two weeks in Albuquerque.. We both love this place. It is peaceful and quiet, great location, and a fabulous view.

This was a great location. We visited Old Town, museums, and restaurants nearby. But we loved being “at home” in this comfy place.

We returned for a second stay at this property and will stay again in the future if granted. The property is a great location for our preferences; winery, restaurants, old town, zoo and botanical gardens, etc… and the views are beautiful and relaxing, along the west side of the river, overlooking the city, and the Sandia Mountains to the East. The inside and outside of the property are very clean, and tidy. We enjoy the access and security of the private garage, and the prompt communication of the host is much appreciated. The only thing we would prefer is to have a King size bed as the bedroom has plenty of space for it, and a TV in the bedroom would make us feel right at home:) Thank you for this great rental option you offer here!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view. It was very clean, which is important to me. Only downside is no stove, but plenty of restaurants nearby. We would absolutely stay here again!

A good place

I found this a very clean, tidy place to stay. I couldn't figure out how to get shower water quite warm enough for my not-young bones. The garage was a particular plus; the trip UP the gravel driveway offered some drama. I would have loved to have a book-reading lamp somewhere in the living room. . . .

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for the Balloon Festival - this was very close to the festival grounds. The apartment is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable.

This property is everything it says it is and the view is stunning. We could sit on the patio all day. We were here for the Balloon Fiesta and sat on the patio and watched the balloons all morning. Owners could not have been more accommodating!! Highly recommend

The Casita was better than expected. Instantly the views took our breath away and became a staple of each morning and evening to wind up and wind down with views and serenity. The finishes inside are quite new and in great shape. The access and division from the main home was as if we were alone on the property. Wildlife was present and a nice touch. The garage was an added bonus for security and ease of access. Very convenient to and from activities in and around the area which included the volcanoes and petroglyphs on the west side, Sandia Crest on the East side, the Bosque river trail, downtown, old town, Route 66, the Botanical Gardens and more. Felt like home away from home. Thank you Gina!

This place was perfect for my time in Albuquerque attending a class for 12 days. Beautiful location and fabulous views. Hot air balloon on most mornings. Owner very responsive to requests and needs. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
