Nicely furnished apartment. Helpful host who met us and orientated us. Communication was good.

Everything was just perfect 🥰, João is an excellent host always ready to assist with a genuine smille in his face. The accommodation is very fresh and clean within walking distance to grocery stores.

Communication with the host was super easy and quick. We got detailed information about the apartment, location and check-in after booking. The apartment is refurbished, modern, with a large terrace and some nice small details. We got some traditional pastry as a welcome present which we appreciated very much. We felt very comfy and loved our stay there. 100% recommendable. Neighbourhood is ok too. It's about 25 min from Montijo by car to Lisbon.
Even thought the apartment is renovated in a modern way, the building itself is still old. So there are some small things that don't work. But nothing major. I personally like old buildings :)

spacious and clean, well designed 2 bedroom apartment. has everything you need, they even prepared rice and flour for you to use, all the details make you feel comfortable
nearby parking is not always available, you need to be back early to secure a spot.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Everything you need in a studio space. Well designed. Quiet. Own terrace. Near to restaurant and some bars.

Our flat was small but very well designed. It has (almost) everything you need. As the bathroom is small, there is no washing machine, but they have clothes drying rack and pins. They have oven, microwave, air conditioner, dishes washer. The small garden is lovely and very nice to stay in the warm days. It's very close to the center of Montijo, in a business area of the city, but inside the house, you can't hear the noise from the street. João, the host, is helpful and nice, and they accepted our small dog for an extra cleaning fee of 30 euros (for an 8 days staying). And we had a big car bur it always easy to park in the street, even in work days. The wi-fi is very good in the small flat - my husband is a programmer and he had no problems to work there. The bed was big and comfy and the flat was very clean.
As we stayed for 8 days, I missed some kitchen facilities, such as a grater, a Moka for coffee (they had a coffee machine with capsules), and more dishes, mugs, etc.

The place is great, we loved it there and for the dogs it was perfect as they had their own space outside. Very clean and beatiful furniture, the wi fi worked well. Please be aware that to go to Lisboa by car you have to.pay the bridge tax of about 3 euros, only when going. The host very nice and helpful, we would certainly repeat!

Have to admit I didn't carefully check: this is not a bed and breakfast: these are very nice, clean and well maintained small appartments, ideal for short or longer stays. Everything that you may think you need is there (not only fridge, dishwasher etc, but also soap for the dished, cleaning stuff etc., so if you buy or bring some food (or eat elsewhere anyway) you're good to go.
The owner, speaking perfect English, was there to welcome me on the agreed time, with a wonderfully good 'pasteis' and some mandarins from the houses very own trees. So that was all flawless.
There is a small table to eat, but no real desk to work. However, there's a large couch.
