Lovely apartment, very comfortable, convenient location for pool and the 'strip' . Nice view from balcony. More info about the number of steps within the complex and the slope access when arriving with suitcases would have been useful. Fortunately we found it before our departure! Some form of shelf/caddy would have been useful in shower cubicle for shampoo, etc.

HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, APARTMENT VERY CLEAN AND MODERN,HAD EVERY THING YOU NEED. WE DID STRUGGLE WITH THE BED PILLOWS AS FAR TO HARD FOR US,BUT THAT COULD BE US. THE OLD TOWN WAS MUCH NICER THAN THE TOWN TO EAT.

Very good. Cleanliness , views, location, bed comfort amenities etc. However, for us it needed a couple of tweaks to make it great. Ventilation or extractor in the bathroom, additional towel rails and a shelf for toiletries in the shower. A coffee table in the lounge for wine glasses and nibbles, instead of having to put them on the floor. Perhaps a couple of reclining chairs on the balcony for additional comfort. Overall really enjoyed though and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay in this well equipped apartment, handy for all the local amenities.

The apartment has been fantastic, 2 bedrooms spacious and clean, the lounge has two big sofas with great tv channels, the kitchen is well equipped and the location is great.

What a wonderful holiday a beautiful apartment in a brilliant location, the apartment has everything you need, it is spotlessly clean with full T.V, Wifi and beautiful sea views , and right opposite the beach, what more can you ask for. We have been coming to the Island for 25 years and this is one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We will certainly be back.

Apt does what it says on the tin , couldn’t fault it although master bed was rather uncomfortable, We hired a car for the week and this is not a necessity, everything is right on the doorstep but parking was a nightmare!!! Would we return - most definitely.

This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely complex just across from the main beach. Apart from a few steps it is very convenient for bars, restaurants and the old town. The apartment has everything you could need and Dean the manager couldn’t have been more helpful. The only negative thing I can say about it is that a shelf is needed in the shower to hold gels, shampoo etc. Otherwise no complaints,

Fantastic Apartment, modern, and very well kitted out. Great Location, views and close to amenities. Owners prior to setting off, kept great communication via email, superb. A great place to chill, relax and soak up the sun.

Loved this fabulous apartment, it’s in a great position just a row back from the strip but very quiet. The view is lovely, and the complex very attractive with lots of flowers and palm trees. I’m sure there are cheaper apartments in PDC and within this complex but I like a bit of plush when on holiday and this had it. Would definatlely go again if visiting Lanzarote.

We had a fabulous two weeks holiday in Peter & Sharon`s apartment, the apartment is spotlessly clean and so well equipped., the views from the balcony are amazing,.overlooking the main beach. we have re- booked both apartments E22 & E23 for next July with the family.Credit to Peter and Sharon, nothing is to much trouble, they provide all the information required relating to the apartment prior to your arrival, If you require any further information or any minor problems that may occur whilst you are there, he has a brilliant property manager (Dean) who is always on hand to help. We stayed in Peters apartment for 2 weeks in June. The apartment has everything you could need for a self catering holiday. Washing machine is great, proper sized not like the smaller ones usually supplied in apartments, even had a Henry vacuum, very happy about that. Lol. Spacious, especially for 4 adults, beautifully finished. Plenty of wardrobe space + storage. Air con costs about €1 for 4 hours if all units on, def worth it. Excellent sea views + a retractable awning to shade the balcony. Peter was very helpful + answered any queries very quickly, he sent us a brilliant information pack with everything we needed to know about the apartment + the local area. The complex itself is lovely. Spotlessly clean, with lovely gardens + lighting. Quiet even though its on the main strip. The steps are a killer but a great way to burn off a few extra calories lol. Absolutely love this property, has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. The apartment was once again spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The view from the living area and balcony are amazing (pool & sea) Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc but we don't tend to use it as we like to eat out. The beds are extremely comfortable too. There is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants as soon as you leave the complex, yet you still have the peace & quietness when sitting out on the balcony. The family friendly complex including the pool is very well maintained (daily) We have stayed at this complex 4 times now and are reluctant to stay anywhere else. Can't wait to go back next March!! Lovely apartment, the pictures do not do it justice. As a family of 4 we had a wonderful week at Peters apartment. Quiet, yet in the thick of it. Apartment was spotless on arrival, the cleaners clearly take pride in what they do. Would definately return, only came home this evening and looking at a return date already!! Many thanks to Peter and Sharon for all your additional information and for letting us rent your wonderful apartment. Lots of lovely family memories made 😍!
