We met here for a family reunion. The accommodations met our needs very nicely. We found almost every appliance and piece of cookware that we needed. We would have loved to have seen both a stove top steamer pot and a blender as two of the items we most often use in our own kitchen. A few more dish towels would have been appreciated also. The exterior backyard patio area could certainly use some attention. We would have liked to spend more time out there but the tall weeds, accumulations of leaves and tree debris as well as major overgrowth made it less comfortable than we would have liked making it difficult to enjoy the area. All that having been said, we truly enjoyed our stay and had a great time in Glenwood Springs.

Incredible property, great location. House was immaculate. Lovely big kitchen, where we were able to all move around without being in the way. Would definitely recommend.

The overall property is as described but the two grills are actually .5 grill as one was propaneless - no bottle at all and the other only two 'burners' worked. The entertainment issues were on the dvd and vhs side. Two dvd players neither of which would work and the vhs is with one of the dvd players so it did not work either. The surround sound system needed a battery which we found when looking for a lighter for the grill. So finally on the last night had surround sound but luckily found candle matches to light the grill - the electronic sparker worked but would not light. Reached out to property manager who was responsive but unable to resolve. Would suggest they do a full on walk through before next visit... Oh and the listing says "hot tub" there is NO hot tub. And the water feature was non functional. So while this sounds negative i would still recommend the property and would come back!!

They stay was great, the house was perfect and we enjoyed it very much

We had our family - 5 adults and 2 kids staying in the property for 3 nights. The accomodations were great! The kitchen was fantastic. The great room provided room for all of us to watch TV and do puzzles. The side rooms provided a great space for individuals to either read or work or watch TV quietly. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and spacious. This was a great location to visit Glenwood Springs.

We have stayed in a lot of rental properties over the years. This one was the best as far as layout, with lots of space for everyone, plenty of bathrooms, lots of lounge space, huge dining room table. It also has by far the largest and most well-stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. As my sister in law noted, this house will now be the standard by which we compare all future rental properties. Well done!

The property had room for us all to be comfortable. The house was immaculate and we didn't hesitate to make ourselves at home. The house was secluded and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved that we had the opportunity to stay there.

Our short trip to Glenwood this fall was a few days of perfect weather, fun at the adventure park and pools and topped off with this lovely home. Convenient, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location that felt tucked away but was right near the grocery store.
