The view is great and the place is close to a really nice beach. The room is pretty big and the balcony, even if really small, has a nice view over the island in front, same for the outside space. There's a fridge and some utensils that might be useful for breakfast.

The fact that I've asked from the beginning if we could leave the luggage after check out and the owner ignored my request until the last day, when it was finnally said that it wouldn't be possible to do it. The fact that it takes a very long walk on a steep climb to get there. The fact that rooms on the side where mine was don't have access to the full view that includes the city of Dubrovnik.

We didn't had breakfast. It was only one suite room (actually it was two rooms with bathroom outside the rooms, locked with key, only for our rooms). Wasn't pleasured because our child stayed into one separate room, but was OK. We had one small fridge, conditioner air, one big balcony for our two rooms, 3 chairs on balcony, 3 towels /person, 2 small plates, forks, knife, towels, one wardrobe with many hangers. The furniture weren't new, but are ok for a good accommodation. To get the key it is not so difficult if you follow the instruction of the company which are in charge for the accommodation. Big plus and thanks for Ivana from Direct-Booker for her help for all the time, starting before our arrival, than after our landing, to the end when we left the rooms.

The rooms should be into the same apartment, not separate. The most unpleased was the bathroom which was outside the rooms, is need it to get out from the rooms into the small lobby to go to bathroom. Also, will be nice to change the furniture. The apartment it is situated on the heal, we had to go up and down about 350 stairs every day to arrive at the Beach Banjie and to the old town.

The best thing was the quiet area, beautiful views from the small terrace. Small fridge and coffee maker to prepare simple breakfast

Little too much distance and stairs between center. Rooms for three people are separate and open out same balcony. You have to pass through the common area of other rooms for going to the bathroom.

The location was good. The view was nice. The price was ok. It was nice and clean when we arrived.

From the photos I was expecting a 2 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. Instead it was just a floor with many rooms all sharing 2 bathrooms. The property is managed by external people, but the landlady still complained nearly every day about stuff like the doors closing too loudly or us using the wrong bathroom (for which we received a key) so we had no clue that the bathroom our key was unlocking was the wrong bathroom? Best to sort out issues with managing company - Direct booker.

Great position to attend my favorite beach, Sveti Jakov. City center and Dubrovnik Old Port were no more than 20 min by walk. WiFi worked pretty well for all my stay (i remotely worked from there for 4 days). My room had a small balcony with two chairs, and a view on Lokrum Island. It was great and very helpful to have a small fridge in the room, alongside with boiler for water (and some simple breakfast supplies were available: tea, cups, sugar). Overall great experience at the property!

The view is beautiful and its 10 min walk to the old town.

False listing description. This is not a private accommodation. This is a dormitory style property with 5 rooms sharing a public space and no working WI-FI. Lying host. Promised a discount yet ignored the messages. No trash and, no safety. No privacy. No AC despite it being listed in accommodation. Stay away from this property unless you are a teenager and don’t mind staying at a hostel. Yet it’s overpriced for being a hostel.
