We had a lovely vacation. The house was great with lots of room, clean, quiet neighborhood, 10 minute bike ride to the beach and a private pool! The host was fantastic with communication. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Great place to stay for the price point. Loved the pool. It is small in size but perfect for 6 or so people. It’s also deep and refreshing on those hot humid days.

Our son got married in Sea Pines and we were excited to have several family members and friends in this home for the weekend of festivities. Everything was so comfortable and easy. The home is well appointed and in a great location - we look forward to coming again!

We loved this home and the location was perfect for walking to the RBC Heritage golf tournament. My grandson enjoyed the pool too! I would definitely stay again.

Great stay at a 3 bedroom home in the heart of HH. 10 min bike ride to beach and 5 min bike ride to sea pines mall. We paid to heat pool - definitely worth it in April. Spacious living areas. Clean. Friendly owner. Easy trip.
I would recommend sheets and pillows to be upgraded (or bring your own.

My overall stay was good. The goal for me and my family was to relax and the house did just that. Tricia was a great host. There an issues when we arrived, and she addressed it quickly. What was important to me, Tricia kept me up to date which allowed me and my family to enjoy ourselves and not worry about the issue.
There was plenty to do and some great places to eat. I recommend this house if you are looking to relax or just want to get away. I loved the big TV in livingroom. It was great for the start of the college football season.

HHI and Sea Pines have been a favorite destination of ours for many years. This property was wonderful for a long weekend getaway with friends. The plunge pool was so nice after a day at the beach or riding bikes! We really enjoyed our time here.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. The kitchen was well stocked with every dish, pan and utensil needed. Loved the huge tv in my the living room. We had a wonderful weekend!

We have been coming to the island for 24 years. We always have a great time. Your house was a perfect spot. Quiet, not too far from beach and a nice family bike ride to South Beach or Harbor Town. And the pool was a great place to gather and unwind together!

The home was beautiful. The pictures are very accurate. Anytime I had a question the owners were quick to answer. The whole family greatly enjoyed the private pool. We hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed this house. The pool was a huge bonus and where we spent a lot of our time. There was plenty of space for all of my family (7 in total, 2 of whom are kids). The house was clean, comfortable, and in our favorite part of Sea Pines. Would happily stay again!

Everything as advertised on VRBO. Nice relaxing stay in a quite neighborhood in sea pines. Make sure to rent a bike and look at all the deer walking around sea pines. Quick bike ride or trolly ride to the beach and small shopping area. Owner was very pleasant to communicate back and forth with and did everything she could to make sure our stay was exactly what we needed. Any questions, she responded quickly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again with family and would encourage anyone that is thinking about doing so go ahead and book.

We were extremely happy with the house in Sea Pines. The property was completely as advertised, very clean, spacious, well stocked and overall great location. The host was extremely responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working and we didn't need any additional help. The pool was great and heat was a huge plus on some unseasonably cool May days still making it feel very comfortable. We will very likely be back! Of all the VRBO rentals we've stayed in this was by far the best and most accurate as far as pictures and amenities. Very rarely is the house better than the pictures but this was in every aspect!

An awesome place to use as a retreat. You can enjoy the peace and quite nestled in a beautiful area. This house is located close to numerous activities for all to enjoy. We loved our stay and would highly recommend the location.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was plenty large for six of us. It was decorated nicely and had all the essentials needed. The kitchen was nicely stocked with anything needed, beach chairs/equipment came in handy throughout week. The pool was very relaxing and nestled in back of house with privacy. Six of us able to eat at table and/or sit in living room and watch the huge tv without feeling crowded. Tricia was quick to respond to our questions and needs throughout week. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely loved your home. It was perfect for my husband and I along w our three kids and my parents. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was great! Kids loved borrowing your boogie boards for the beach. We loved the layout of the house and it worked out really well for us! We thought it was a great location in Sea Pines, too. Thank you for everything. You were very attentive and helpful all week! We’d love to come again sometime!

Great property, great hosts! Very clean. Fabulous kitchen and bathroom amenities, plenty of towels. Great one-level house as pictured and described. Nice dipping pool with relaxing secluded deck. Loved the location in a quiet neighborhood, but close to a variety of food options. Loved the member beach access area. Not far to outlets. Lots to do. Saw deer every evening. We had a great stay at this lovely home. Tricia and Mark were excellent hosts, always attentive to our needs and looking for ways to make our stay more enjoyable. There was access to plenty of beach gear, from chairs to a tent to toys to boogie boards. The location is an easy bike ride to the beach club or other beach access points, as well as Harbourtown. The plunge pool at the house was great fun and the neighborhood pool is just up the street.

Lovely home, amenities difficult with toddlers.
The home is beautiful, and the outdoor pool was a huge hit with our group. However, the times we attempted to go to beach was difficult due to only access is by trolley, that does not allow beach accessories. Parking pass was not accepted in areas others was allowed to park. Area would be better suited for highly active older kids/adults.

Beautiful home in the center of Sea Pines!
My family and I just spent a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The house was even nicer than the pictures, had all the amenities we needed, including a beautiful pool, grill and was centrally located for a close bike ride or walk to the beach. We will definitely be back, a great vacation spot that felt like home away from home.

We stayed here for our family vacation and absolutely loved it. The house is perfect for a family. Rooms are big and kitchen is well stocked. The pool is a plus. Very clean on arrival and the owner is great with communication.
