Inside was clean but outside could use some work. It shouldn't take much to power wash the outside stairs and decks. Except for that I was very satisfied with the property manager. We were also VERY disappointed with the TV options. Really poor selections available to us, including not being able to watch Monday Night Football on ESPN last night.

Clean and good for a golf group

We had a family of 5 adults and 1 child. PROS-This house was very spacious, plenty of seating, a large kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and was within walking distance to the pool (w/splash pad). The other pools weren't too far either. CONS-Basement smelled a little musty and one of the bedrooms smelled of cigarette smoke. The Hot & Cold water lines were reversed on the washing machine. The 2 full bathrooms didn't have any hooks or bars to hang towels. Main bathroom shower curtain had pink slime on the bottom and the sink didn't drain well. Vacuums didn't work well. Microwave was missing the turntable ring. Walls in the downstairs bedroom hallway had lots of dirty hand marks. Some of the windows didn't open (we had some nice weather days and would have liked to open them). The handrails on the deck and the stairs to the firepit were covered in green mold. There wasn't a working light outside on the firepit side. The grill was not usable due to it being rusted. That being said, we enjoyed ourselves but would not go back again to this rental unless the CONS were corrected.

This home was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was huge and open for family meals and game night. We went to the playground and pool that is part of the community and we were close enjoy to get to the beach and boardwalk in no time. We will rent this place again!

Overall it was a great time. The inside of the house was very nice and clean. The back porch and patio were both very dirty and no furniture. The gas grill was out of propane (which we bought a refill for out of pocket). The grill will not light itself so you have to manually light, but it works now.

Beautiful home and the location was great. Downstairs toilet had an issue from the previous guest but it was quickly resolved. We would stay here again.

We were in town for a baseball tourney with our kiddos and our friends. The house was perfect! We had 8 in our group, 3 adults and 5 kids, and we had plenty of space for everyone! The house had a great, open layout. The only recommendation I would have is to maybe get some deck furniture. It would have been nice to sit on the deck or in the sunroom. Other than that the house was great!

Very comfortable house, room enough for 8 adults and 2 young kids. Great location. Fire pit with Smores a big hit. No problems, enjoyed our stay.

Very nice house with a lot of space. I received prompt replies to all my questions. The only reason I chose 4 stars for cleanliness was because the dishwasher didn't work.

We arrived at dark and the house was comfortable and well-lit when we arrived. very welcoming. All the amenities were taken care of, sheets, towels, dishes, etc., so not a worry. I would check the fees as the total is quite a bit more than the daily rate would imply, but we would still stay again.

This was a lovely place to stay and very clean and neat. All the Ladies said it was the perfect spot for our girls spiritual retreat.

This house was perfect for our trip with family from afar. We had enough room to have our own areas and a large space to share to come together. We loved the large kitchen where several people could work together to create meals, right next to the open living room so everyone could be involved in the conversations.

The drawbacks were the pools ($8/ per adult and $6/ per child PER DAY) not the homeowners fault but an added expense we didn’t know about. There were plenty of towels and hand towels but no wash clothes, so we grabbed some from the dollar store and left them there. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. Had trouble getting into house. Vacasa tried to help but didn’t know how to use electronic either. Mold and worms in showers. All return filters were filthy. Front outdoor light hanging on wires to name a few of the major issues. The beds were comfortable was the best thing in addition to the location that this house had going for it.

It took hours of running the A/C and fans with the windows open to dissipate the smell enough that is was not distracting. The smell persisted for a couple days and was mostly gone by the end of our stay. In addition, there was no place to put full trash bags. The previous occupants put all the trash and recycling in the recycle bin. which was full upon our arrival. We bagged up all the trash from the previous occupants and all our trash so that it could be properly removed and the recycle bin could be used again. The property needs clearly marked instructions for trash and recycling and notifications for when it is picked up. It also needs dedicated trash bins outside. Other than the smoke and the trash issues, the house was great. It is more spacious the it looks online. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We would stay here again.
