We loved this spot! It was in the heart of everything, but when you turn into your little lane, you see the lives of real Venetians going about their business. There is a climb to the top, but then you can look out and see the glorious rooftops of Venice. The spacious bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds are just the beginning. The truly great part is the kind and hospitable hosts who make sure everything is good and also explain Venice to you. We slept three people quite comfortably and just loved this magical hideaway over the rooftops of Venice, one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The apartment was a very nice one bedroom. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom was also large. My main issue was the water heating system that was uncontrollable. It was not possible to control the water temperature. It was either too hot or too cold. The owner had left instructions but they were useless. Also, during my 4 night stay, I had to buy garbage bags, dish-washing liquid, laundry soap, and even toilet paper; all of which I donated to the owner when I left.The 4 flights of stairs weren't fun either.

The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is well situated for visiting all of the sights of Venice. There are essentials for cooking simple meals. Our only complaint was the many steep, narrow stairs to access the apartment which made it very difficult for two seniors. It should really be much more clear in the description that the apartment is not accessible for anyone with mobility issues.

The apartment is very centrally located, and walking to a near unlimited number of shops and restaurants is a breeze. Our greeter, Arrigo, was very helpful! He went out of his way to meet us at Rialto Dock when our Google Maps refused to work upon arrival. He also provided us with many recommendations- which we greatly appreciated. Yes, there are stairs - quite a few, which made our large luggage a bit difficult, but not really a problem. And as others have noted, we could not figure out the washing machine - at all. But again, not really a big deal. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would happily stay here again!

This spot is close to Rialto (vaporetto), Basicilla, and lots of shopping and restaurants. Be prepared for lots of steps to the fourth floor, which we weren’t. Would have been okay if we had not over-packed our bags. Overall a great stay!

The person welcoming us was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is centrally located, with convenient access to all the sights and the train station. It is just one building behind a busy walking area with shops and restaurants, but facing an inner courtyard, so nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay again. However, the apartment may not be suitable for someone who has trouble with stairs. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (four flights of stairs) and the building does not have an elevator.

Our Venice stay was great. The apartment Wi-Fi and cleanliness was great. No complaints and quite lots of room for Venice. Pretty quiet at night also which we liked. We would stay again.

They tried to charge extra money (cash only) for us to check in. Then we missed our connecting flight and came in late and they wouldn’t let us into the apartment until the following afternoon even though we had paid for the entire previous day. They don’t care about the renters. They only care about making money.

To many steps hall was dark and hard to navigate, Towel heater was dirty our towels came off dirty when we hung them there. Hard to use stove kept turning off. No instructions on how to use washer. Two people in our party had asthma attacks when in side apartment .Pillows were horrible flat, flat, FLAT. Location was a plus close to stores and restaurant.

A very comfortable apartment close to the most desirable attractions in the city. Check in was smooth and we were provided with all of the necessary information on arrival. Highly recommended!

I was a little disappointed that the washing machine broke during my stay, and there didn't seem to be a ton of urgency to get it fixed. Nonetheless, I appreciated all the contact from/with the team - including meeting me at the vaporetto stop and walking me to the apartment for the first time.

This small quiet place was warm and inviting. It was very clean with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. I could not of asked for a better place to stay. I will plan on using this place in the future.

We stayed here 10 nights and were comfortable, safe and clean every night. There is plenty of space for 2 people espcially with the way the apartment is laid out. Whoever finished these rooms did a great job. There are nice new windows, appliances, and furniture as well as craftsman carpentry throughout. Everything you need for cooking is there and in good shape-plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. When we asked for a new spatchela the owner sent us 2. The american style coffee maker was very welcome and a very nice one too. We brought our own Starbucks ground coffee though, as we are not fans of what is available in Italy. We really enjoyed breakfast with the coffee we usually have and at the price we are used to at that. The dishwashere was very much appreciated and in general worked well. Most of our meals were prepared and eaten in as we are do not appreciate the tourist-Italian food available at most reataurants. Also we can control nutrition if we do it ourself. We also took advantage of the clothes washer albeit the drying was done inside on a nice clothes drying rack. The location was espcially nice, we thought. It is on a very quiet street half way between San Marco and the Rialto bridge. Another bonus is it is a 2 min walk to a nice Coop grocery. We go to venice every year and will certainly keep this property near if not on the top of our list of rentals.

This apartment is just steps to everything, and actually much larger than we had expected. The ONLY challenge with this property was with the disposal of garbage. There is a very strict schedule of what types of refuse and recycling can be put out on different days and times. This is probably true of any property in the area, but would have been even better if we could have just separated our disposed items into different bins and had the removal handled as part of the cleaning fee. Just a minor thing, and certainly not worth taking away a star. Great property and and we really enjoyed our stay!
