We were told they would call our cell when ready. We received the call at 3pm. We went to the office for the keys and info. We arrived at the rental around 3:30. The service was surprised to see us, she did not speak or understand English. We returned a 4:30...service person was done and gone.Overall the rental was not updated as were told at booking. The furniture is very worn and some not so comfortable.Kitchen wasn’t sufficiently stocked with accessories and no dish washing detergent. It appeared that the kitchen items had been washed with out any auto dish washing detergent. We purchased auto dish soap and ran a load thru the dishwasher. Information about this specific rental would be appreciated. 3-ring binder? ie: locating the lint trap in the dryer. Setting the thermostat for a/c-heat, suggested restaurants in the area, rental equipment and location etc.The TV in the living room needs to be adjusted. The picture is larger then the screen and doesn’t fit. We learned to wear our sandals while in the rental. The bottom of your feet were black from the tile floor.We located one beach chair in the 2nd bedroom. The WiFi worked perfectly.The towel rack bamboo rods in the bathrooms sag. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is a joke along with the space between the toilet and closeness to the wall.This condo rental unit needs attention to details from the owners or those responsible for it. In the future I would by pass this specific rental unit for another unit in the lands end development. I’m sure other units have better accommodation with attention to details for the same money. The location is the best thing going for lands end.We do expect to hear back from you with regards to our experience

Our only criticism would be the floors were quite dirty and the sheets on the beds were uncomfortable. Once we washed them and remade the beds it was much better.A few things were missing from the kitchen (utensils) but we made it work.A cutting board would be a nice addition though.We would stay there again however...!

It is a beautiful beach and resort property, family friendly, quiet, peaceful, location, yet close to everything. Bldg. 10 is beside the pool which is so convenient. Tile floors in the unit are a bonus for people with allergies. The bed in master is super comfy. Second bedroom needs new pillows and light from outside walkway shines through blinds. Did not appear to have a pull-out bed in living room. Need hooks or more racks to hang towels in bathrooms. Overall a bright, well-maintained unit with beautiful view! Resort Rental staff is marvelous to deal with!

This is the second year in a row we had to call for a repair man the first day there (toilet). The lighting in the kitchen was defect and the electrical outlets need tobe replaced in the living room (loose internal contacts).The screen doors in the master bedroom had tears and holes in them (mosquitoes!) The exhaust fan in the first bathroom sounds like it has loose parts in it and the sink drains very slowly.

Our condo this year was fantastic! I was disappointed that the only basic necessity provided was 2 rolls of toliet paper (2 bedroom) and a roll of paper towels. Everything else, including trash bags, we had to buy. Pretty minor flaw. Our overall experience was fantastic. The building and condo we rented was very clean, very well maintained, and Resort Rentals were extremely professional and friendly.

We had a great time at Land’s End and really enjoyed the unit we were in (10-403). The view of the beach, water and sunsets was breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed. It was a good spot for our family ( with young children) as it was quiet, yet close to shops and restaurants. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.

The condo was great,everything you would want for wonderful time. The rooms were a good size and any small issues we had were sorted quickly by the management company. But the best feature for us was the view and the close proximity to the beach 🏖.just what I needed after a long damp year in Scotland. We will return again on our travel to Florida in the near future.

From the beautiful sunsets to the powdery sand and lovely condo. The only problem was with the twin beds in the second bedroom. They were not very sturdy. I did notify management about this when I checked out. I would definitely recommend this condo.

The trash from the previous renter was still underneath the bathroom sink, no dish soap to clean counter tops. It needs to be updated like the sliding doors, dishwasher, not enough amenities in the kitchen so you can at least make a breakfast (no spatula, not enough dishes, tiny coffee mugs, no kettle, disgusting coffee maker that looked like it had not been cleaned for months). We rent a condo so we don’t have to go out and eat aresturants for every meal, but with this condo we had no choice but to go out to eat. We have stayed at Lands End before at much nicer units.

Relaxing atmosphere. However this time I had a few issues which was addressed but didn't seems to get any quick responses to resolve it asap. The hair dryer was completely missing from the unit and as I can see from the previous reviews its has been the case and still not replaced. Also a dryer is missing a filter which cause an issue with a few swimming suites only on a day of our checking out a handyman man showed up to address it... That was poorly coordinated. I have mentioned the issue with a main TV, nobody checked back with us if we need a service. I have been asked how was our stay at the time of returning the keys to the office but at that time it felt like a standard survey, after the fact. I have mentioned all these minor issues hopefully to help the next guests since we still loyal to Land's Ends and would like to give it another try in the future

Needless to say we kept our shoes on. This kitchen was grimy and we wiped counter top and stove top down. The light switches are so dirty that you wanted to go out and buy new ones. We won't be back. Very disappointing!

The condos are very peaceful and away from the busy public beach areas and tourist areas, though shopping is only minutes away. The beach was clean and quiet and we even saw a manatee in the water while it was making its way down the coast! Also saw lots of beautiful birds on the beach. The pool was huge and very well cared for. I loved the beautiful landscaping the boardwalk surrounding the property. The entrance to the property is gated and manned 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. We stayed in building 10 unit #203. The unit was clean and nice, but could use some updating. We had initially rented a unit in building 7, but since there was going to be construction on that building and no access to the balcony, Resort Rentals offered for us to stay in another building. This transition occurred with no extra costs and went over smoothly.

The check in was quick and easy and the agent that helped was was very nice and helpful. The condo was as described and clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner upon arrival and after a few quick calls and a visit from a technician , the issue was resolved. The location is amazing. Very nice beach and facilities. We will definitely be back. The town of treasure island lights luminaries along the streets the night of Christmas Eve. My family enjoyed a nice long walk. Everyone was so friendly.
