The property was so conveniently located in the Snowshoe Village. We had a great time and kids loved their first time skiing. We will definitely be back!

This was our first trip to Snowshoe Mountain and we had a great time. Apartments was clean and and is very conveniently located to everything. We will be back.

We have been to Snowshoe many, many times, and we love staying at Rimfire and Highlands House. You cannot beat the location for the slopes and the amenities. Communication was great as was the check-in process. The sofa mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable which our adult children very much appreciated. There are lots of hooks for hanging jackets and gear and the floor is tile which helps with snow boots.

We had a great trip, the property is exactly as advertised and the owners went above and beyond with their communication to us. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience at Rimfire Lodge! We loved the location and having two gas fireplaces. The condo was well-equipped with linens and plenty of extra blankets, kitchen items for preparing family meals, and TVs in each room which was so nice with 7 people. The beds and sleeper sofas were very comfortable. Andrew was a great host and a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Snowshoe!

Nice place, great location. Owner keeps up with maintenance and upgrading interior. Plenty of cooking supplies for dinning in. Will stay her again in the future.

The property owner and the managers at the location worked together and solved a problem that was beyond their control. After checking in at around 9:30 PM, we entered our room that had not been cleaned: beds undone, pizza boxes on the counter, . . . you get the picture. An independent contractor had failed to clean the room because a large event at the location had just ended. Our room had fallen between the cracks. But the managers at the location quickly found us another room for the night while the property owner paid for the new room. The property owner lost money that night on our stay. And beyond paying for the new room, he also offered us $50 off of our next stay at his property--we frequently visit snowshoe. In the end, we enjoyed our stay. Well done.

Very nice, updated property with great amenities in the heart of Snowshoe Village. Our only complaint with the location was that the door to the stairs was just outside this unit. We heard the door open and close (loudly) at all hours of the day and night. Other than that, great unit with responsive owners!

The condo is newly renovated and was spotless. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! The internet could be spotty, but worked for the most part.

Excellent property and great stay. COVID guidelines in the village were ridiculous (but completely out of the owners control) so that was quite annoying. But other than that, the weather was great, and Andrew was excellent to work with!

Condo was well appointed and clean, and in the perfect location! Everything is updated and wonderful. I would highly recommend! My only complaint they weren’t exactly friendly and check in, and there’s only two very small hot tubs and one was broken down. None of this is the owners fault! You won’t regret booking!

We loved the location to the village and slopes! Literally just a few steps away. The bed was very comfortable and since we needed to work a few hours a day, we really enjoyed the reliable wifi. The fireplace was so cozy! We really enjoyed our stay.

Great place. Very spacious for two people. Fireplace was awesome and everything was so close including ski lockers right outside the door and a very short walk to slopes. Have stayed other places and this was the best by far!

We had a minor issue with the check-in process - Andrew was extremely quick to see and respond to our email and swooped in to resolve the situation. His excellent communication with us as well as the stellar upkeep of the condo will surely make us repeat visitors to Rimfire 161. Also, you are literally steps from the Starbucks - can’t beat that!

Awesome 1 bedroom ... well stocked and ready for skiing ... ski locker is easy, load/unload is easy being on the 1st floor. Great spot, hope to use it again. Thank you.

The unit is surprisingly well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Location. Is amazing. So easy to get to the ball hooter and all the main village locations. Great hot tubs for after ski. Starbucks right in the building too. (Unit has a nice new Keurig coffee maker so I didn’t do Starbucks) great communications from the owner too. .

Excellent property and unit! Perfect, convenient location on first level within Village & Rimfire for easy access to ski, shop & eat! SUPER comfy bed & pull out memory foam mattress! Unit had everything we needed to eat in and live to enjoy!
