Knowing that the lockbox actually had a plastic cover that needed to be opened first would have helped speed up the process. Didn't have the instructions to exit the building from the carpark basement so had to have my wife walk right around the outside of the building to activate the key sensor from the outside.

The location is wonderful, just a short walk to the centre of town and china town and yummy food. The bedroom is in the middle of the apartment very quiet and very dark excellent for a sleep in. Having a coffee machine such a nice touch. Having the parking spot was so much easier as we came and went on our travels looking around Auckland and beyond. We would recommend this Apartment for sure.

A clothes horse would be wonderful, not all clothes go in the dryer.

It is a nice (though a bit noisy) apartment in a central location indeed ...

... but there were some misunderstandings (intended by the owners of the apartment?). Only when you have booked the accomodation, you realize it is an Airbnb apartment with no one present, no reception, you cannot leave luggage and you cannot park a car, as there is no "carpark" but a parking space where you put your vehicle while checked in. When I asked about parking by email two days before arrival I did not even receive an answer! Check-in is a complicated procedure picking up a key from a box at a different (but nearby) location. And one more thing: once you have booked (no cancellation possible any more), you have to fill out a form with many personal details and send scans (!) of you credit card, that makes it open to misuse. Maximum security for the owner, but no protection for the client! Disappointed! By misleading Information and being forced into unwanted prodedures!
