We had a great stay. Good location, house was very nice and lived up to its photos and description.

Renting was easy. Property management very responsive. House Needs to have a exterminator visit because I killed 5–2inch water bugs in the house. And all rooms needed to be cleaned under the beds and furniture.

My family and I were looking forwarded to this vacation and it was a bad experience. The upstairs main area which had the living room, kitchen and master bedroom had no working AC. I contacted the property manager 3x and it wasn’t fixed during the week we were there. Also there was water leaking from the ceiling speaker when it was raining. Someone did come out to check it and said “that happens when it rains, the owner never takes care of it”. It was ridiculous because it was leaking through a surround sound speaker so it’s a scary situation to have water by electrical. I would never stay at this house or go through this realtor again

Our family of 10 enjoyed staying at this property on the beach with a pool. The heated pool is definitely a plus in cooler weather and it was enjoyed by all. Please be aware that this property does NOT have a usable crib as advertised. There is one in a closet torn down and we saw no way to put it together causing us to have to rent one for our 2-year old granddaughter. The realty company worked hard to fix any problems we had which is much appreciated. The elevator was a real plus and after our stay here we wouldn't consider renting another property that didn't have one.

Excellent support by the management and facilities team.

We rented this house because it has an elevator. We needed the elevator for my elderly mother, who can barely climb steps. The day of check-in, the management company, Outer Banks Blue, informed us that the elevator was broken but promised a quick repair. Despite repeated promises from Outer Banks Blue, the elevator remained broken for our entire stay. Outer Banks Blue did not offer alternative arrangements. My mother had to sleep on the bottom floor in a small room meant for a child. She was able to enjoy only limited time in the upstairs living and kitchen areas, thoroughly ruining her vacation. After our stay, Outer Banks Blue made an insulting offer of restitution that in no way made up for their neglect. If not for the poor management, this house would have been ideal for our vacation. As it is, I would not rent this house again unless through a different manager.

The house is in a great location. Loved being right in the ocean and loved the ease of getting to anything we wanted or needed. The kids LOVED walking across the street for ice cream ...twice a day lol. Everyone having their own bathrooms and space was great and the 2 washers and dryers made coming home wonderful.
